s**t is really getting real now if he walks.

Various reports suggest it’s not necessarily a falling out with Emery, but more so with Sanllehi.

Hard to know who is actually in charge with this new Arsenal shared leadership structure.

Arsenal fans will "melt" over anything.

Chicken little in full swing this season.

Our chief scout who has one of the biggest reputations in Europe is leaving. This isn't just ******* 'anything'. This is ******* massive. A club which barely has a dime to its name when it comes to making transfers is losing one of the best in the business in terms of finding good talent at a reasonable price. In the space of 8 months, we've seen our manager leave, CEO leave and now head scout but everything is just fine for you. Not to mention key figures of the past all likely heading towards the exit door come the end of the season, those being Cech, Ramsey, Koscienly, Ozil and maybe Monreal while being replaced with 25 year olds who in 164 senior appearances has amassed 19 goals and 28 assist.

He's been at the club barely a year. He has one of the biggest reputations in Europe but he's not God's gift, plenty of other clubs have done just as well with their recruiting without having a supposedly genius chief scout.

If Emery and Sanllehi are pulling in different directions than Mislantat then something has to give. Remember, Mislantat also fell out with Tuchel at Dortmund for the same reasons.

Manage left? You mean the same guy Arsenal fans were screaming to get out of the the club.
CEO left? You mean the same guy Arsenal fans were screaming to get out of the club?
Cech? You mean the same guy Arsenal fans have been saying isnt good enough anymore for the last two seasons?
Koscienly is 33 and is going to be replaced as would need to be done normally.
Monreal has just signed a contract extension.
Ramsey isn't worth the money he wants.
and Ozil is the only one where their a legitimate issue.

Once again Arsenal fans jumping to Apocalyptic worse case instant conclusions rather than just seeing how things will play out in the mid to long term.

In the space of that year he got us Auba, Torreira and Guendouzi. A world class striker we haven't had in years and two highly talented young mids that we haven't had since Ramsey and Wilshere were breaking through. It would be nice to see what he could with another couple of years without a manager interfering in his business and demanding we sign Denis ******* Suarez.

Then Emery and Sanllehi are the ones who have to give. Not the guy who is actually got a proven record of being able to thrive without the support of a sugar daddy and left his last club in a position where after a couple of additional recruits are now sitting top of the league with what is a young squad. Sanllehi has a reputation for being able to sign big name players which is completely useless to us as we don't have the money to buy them while Emery should be looking for a new job soon. Sven should be seen as the key to our future given his record.

Yep we downgraded in managers, unbelievable so given the responsibility Wenger had to deal with in comparison. CEO left which has now lead to a power struggle, Gazidiz is a ******* coward but he was very much needed given we had just moved on from a manager of 22 years who did nearly everyones job. Cech and Koscienly need to be replaced but regardless are two highly respected guys in the locker room which is bound to only get more dysfunctional. Don't think its been confirmed yet that Monreal has triggered an extension and he is probably the first of the older brigade that should have gone given we need to a new LB and Kolasanic can be back up. Ramsey is better than the alternatives and Ozil is being ostracised by our dickhead manager who can't handle big name players.

So when everything in the club keeps getting worse what will you say then? I don't need a crystal ball to no things aren't going to get any better whilst we lose chief scouts and key players because our manager would rather workhorses and guys who have played with him previously in teams no where near the standard of what is required.

The way Ornstein put it, Sven wanted a promotion, the new bosses aren't considering him for the role, and at the same time Bayern came in with a big money offer, both personal salary and budget, because they realised half way through this season their squad has gone to s**t and needs a fast refresh.

Yes I read that in Ornstein’s arrcile too, perhaps slightly different to you though.

I read it as Arsenal seek to appoint a technical director, to report to Vichai and Rahul, with Mislintat sitting under the TD in the hierarchy.

Naturally, this could be seen as somewhat of a demotion if that TD is an external appointment, so I’d see why it’s a role Mislintat would seek for himself. Hard to know for sure, but that’s just my interpretation of it.

It has so far proved tough for Mislintat and his team to persuade potential selling clubs to part with players on loan and Arsenal would seemingly have to offer assurances that they would make any deals permanent in the summer. It is unclear whether they would be prepared to do that with Suárez.

Talk of James coming on loan.

£300k for Ramsey? Surely not. But good on him if he’s got that offer from them. Hard to knock that back, gotta snap that up.
