Pathetic. We won't make top 4 because of the clubs rotten attitude to away games.

Midfield needs a massive overhaul; Ramsey gone, Elneny useless and Guendouzi too raw.

Myki and Ozil had nothing games aswell.

Attitude away from home needs to change. Starts with the manager selecting the right line up and everything trickling down from there. Can't play 45 minutes with the mindset of holding the other team off and then hopefully salvaging the game in the second half when you bring on the subs. Get on the front foot early, control the game and take the crowd out of it.

Throw wasn’t a foul I don’t think.

As long as a part of your foot is on the line and it’s completely flat (your foot isn’t raised) then it’s a fair throw.

Still garbage defending anyway and now Papa misses 2 games....

So we probably need 4 wins in our last 6 to make the top 4, we should win the two home games, but will we get 2 away wins ? Unlikely you'd have to say given our away from since December.

We were very poor the other night... wasnt confident as soon as the team sheet came out.
Yeah the elneny guendouzi midfield, you knew we were asking for trouble.

The away form is pretty concerning though, the difference in making top 4 or not, hopefully they can turn it around for this last stretch of games

Impressive result. Have only seen the mini match so far, had plenty more chances having said that. The late Ramsey moment was the beat of them, would’ve been great to nail that take a 3 goal lead to Napoli.

Having said that, a clean sheet and a 2 goal lead is about as good an outcome as you’d hope for.

Feels like a long time since we’ve had Ramsey and Torreira together in midfield. They combined quite well.

I recall that champions league group stage match at Napoli in late 2013 (or perhaps 2014) where we almost blew it. They were all over us that game and the atmosphere in that stadium sounded epic. I don’t think we’ve played there since.

Yeah we could have scored 4 or 5 but they also missed a soda with 15 minutes to go, all in all a 2 goal win without giving up an away goal puts us in a good position.
