Former Premier League midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker on Football Daily: "Watching Arsenal right now is like watching Pep's Man City a couple of years ago when it was just so entertaining, it was drawing you in to want to watch them because the football and the style from front to back was just sensational."

Arsenal apparently have episode 1 of a doco on Jesus’ recovery. Not sure if any good.

The All or Nothing amazon doco has me craving for me behind the scenes stuff. I really enjoy the bench cam, access all areas etc videos the club puts out, am a bit of a content junkie this season. Will certainly check out the Jesus one.

On a similar note, the Bellerin series on his ACL recovery a few years ago was fantastic. Highly recommend.

He's not better than Isak so I am not sure if Newcastle - wages aside - would interest him? Though it seems he isn't phased with playing time.

Yeah seems like we a stuck with him. Hopefully it's not at the expense of Balogun, who is looking like a good talent.

Maybe he could be a makeweight in a deal for Rice? That would be ideal.

Though if we can afford to pay him 100k to be a 3rd stringer then so be it.

I think we all know being able to afford that is a non-issue. It's playing time. He's arguably the form striker in Europe right now, and he'll be expecting to play lots of minutes going forward. Is he going to do that behind Jesus and Eddie? Probably not.

Maybe Jesus also spends some time on the right relieving Saka?

One thing I've noticed when watching Balogun's highlights is that he seems to be genuinely two footed. He scores and shoots hard with both feet.

You watch this and you won't be able to tell which foot he favors:

Özil and Pires, my two favourite ever players to watch. Pure magic.

Bergkamp & Henry were my favorite Arsenal players. Bergkamp especially. Such a graceful player, oozed class and was not reliant upon athleticism at all. There really isn't a current equivalent of him.

Henry & Ozil here.

He's a right footer with a very strong left. There's a few giveaways in that video.

As an ambidextrous person who used to lose his shit at Kieran Gibbs every 5 minutes, I genuinely appreciate that strength on both sides.

Charlie Nicholas all time fave. DB10, **** !! Took him off Inters hands, he struggled early, sublime does not do him justice. Insane footballer, loved scoring v the filth. Statue outside The EMS, known as God.
Actually got to see him live twice. I close my case.

Ian Wright is who put Arsenal on the map for me, the reason I first started following the club. He’ll always hold that special place for me. As for the best, Henry and Bergkamp are hard to split.

A shame at how the relationship with Ozil deteriorated towards the end. His first few years at Arsenal were something else. Still remember the disbelief I felt when Arsenal signed him. He and Sanchez formed a formidable partnership for a few years.
