Cazorla has withdrawn a complaint to the Spanish FA about not being paid his wages. Doubt he is sold unless he forces Malaga to sell.

Anyone watch any of the game vs City this morning? I watched the first 40mins and we didn't play too poorly (then Zabaleta scored...). Gervinho's decision making and final ball continues to frustrate me though.

I watched from the 25th min onwards.
I thought we were dominant but we were playing a lot more senior players than City in the first hour. City just got 2 clinical goals on the counter. And Vermaelen kept trying to play offside and getting it wrong.
Chamberlain rifled a shot that came off both posts. Other than that, the whole second half was our kids taking pot shots with City parking the bus.
Can't take much out of it.
Only when it's Pro-Madrid. I don't see why they'd bother making that up.
The original article claimed: a season long loan with no option to buy. Originally was supposed to go to Tottenham on loan as part of the Modric deal but Sahin is not keen on playing for them. Mourinho trying to make room for Modric.
Oh well, probably got my hopes up for nothing.

more rumours surfacing that cazorla will be wrapped up over the next few days, as castro said above. interestingly the rumours suggest that BOTH sahin AND cazorla will be signed (i thought it was one or the other). but hey that would be fantastic news if it eventuated.
rosicky's has done his achilles that puts him out for 2 months, and with wilshere out (and diaby to get injured with his first kick) we really need to shore up the midfield.
