Sturridge has scored in every game but one and Suarez has scored 6 in 4.
You've got the in-form strike partnership in the league. Don't play yourself down so you can escape any criticism when you lose.
Now now now, don't need to get paranoid. I wouldn't even be up for any criticism even if I ain't playing us down, coz I certainly wouldn't play us up. We've played one good game this season
Ramsey Ozil and Giroud is every bit as good as Sturridge and Suarez, and you're at home. Your midfield has far more quality than ours, it's just reality that you should be winning this. Don't need to reverse play yourself down

Spot on, Arsenal being at home and with the far superior midfield should control the game and being at home should run out winners! Suarez and Sturridge won't receive the same quality service they have been getting

Real pain in the Arse the Flamini injury, hopefully Arteta is only a 1 match ban and he misses the League cup game vs Chelsea ( though he ain't the pure DM Flamini is )
Yes, he only misses the league cup game.
Mata will have play for Chelsea surely. What a ridiculous situation it is with him, the bloke would walk into just about any first XI in the world yet is only a guaranteed start for league cup games. Will have a point to prove as well.

Agree with Cooldude that your midfield prowess should prove too much for us. We might get a draw if SAS fire but we will almost certainly concede. The only way I see us winning is if Suarez pulls a hat-trick out of his arse. Let's hope your fans boo him like they booed Higuain

The price didn't get too high... We just thought we were balls deep in Suarez. That's the problem with protracted moves, you miss some fish.
I personally hope we don't think we are in with a shot on Suarez in January, I think Benzema is made to play for Arsenal and I think we should have a proper dig in for Lewandowski.

I think Benzema is a massive chance.
He isn't in the greatest form though and it seems Giroud has moved past him in the national squad too so make of that what you will.

Not sure if I want Benzema or not. Think he would create a few problems with Giroud as the two don't get on well (apparently).
Wenger said an interview recently that he believes that Diego Costa is an animal and a future potential Ballon d'Or winner, whilst also going on to say he thinks Zlatan is the better player in the world currently (though I highly doubt a move for him would eventuate).
One player from left a field that I wouldn't mind going after is Pato. Has been injury free for the best part of a year and hasn't exactly fired for Corinthians and would be available for 15m or so. Obviously he would be quite a risk, however if you could get the best out of him then he would represent a bargain and not only that he would offer something different to Giroud in terms of style and not demand a starting spot which the likes of Lewandowski and Benzema may. For me Pato represents the closest thing to Augero who on current form is the best striker in the league.

Last I heard on Lewandowski was that he signed a pre-contract agreement with Bayern. That isn't binding until the season ends though so Borussia Dortmund would happily sell Lewandowski for a nominal amount (5 million pounds) if it meant that he didn't join Bayern. Probably unlikely to happen but at least you have a player who wants to leave and a club who wants to get rid to anyone other then Bayern.

We didn't want him when he was available last time, now that he's failed at Madrid I can't see us changing our minds.
A player who wants to leave for Bayern, and only Bayern. Doesn't really matter whether Dortmund want to sell him to someone else for a cut price or not, he's going to Munich for a cut price or no price at all.
