Would you take RVP back? He is like a hot but crazy ex girlfriend that dumped you for some flog and then wants to come bac. You think she is hot, but disloyal and crazy...what do you do?
Looking at the fee being bandied about I would do it in a hearbeat. Come back, wins us a title and RVP will be forgiven.

By everyone.

RVP can heck off. The way he celebrated when scoring against us etc.

Some players leave and do it in a classy way (Ie Fabregas, Ronaldo leaving Man U), but not RVP... he is crocked now (like he was for 7 of his 8 years for us).

Just putting it out there....

Ox is a more natural footballer than Walcott.

15 million for a 30 year old with a history of chronic injuries?

Where do we sign???????

Won't happen regardless. We won't pay his wages and he is too big a risk at 31 (next season) with potential injuries and a rapid decline in output. Should be targetting a world class striker in his mid 20s.

Yeah coz its not like he's any good.

Never said he wasnt any good.

200k a week for a player that has a history of being injured and is currently injured and has missed 11 games so far for United this season.

At 31 his body is only going to get worse and recovery times longer.

15 million would be better spent on someone else.

No way he'd be worth 15 million pounds, but yeah its all speculation. The fact is he listened to the little boy inside him and wanted out, so heck him. Would rather we splash out on a player like Costa, Draxler etc.

200 is speculation at this point.

15 million on one of the best forwards in the premier league and could potentially be the difference be 1st and 2nd?

Worth every penny.

But I saw $12mil earlier FWIW :D

Ox is not really similar to Walcott in his playing style. He plays more like Barkley or at Arsenal Ramsey.

I feel that Ox just has a higher potential than Walcott, he just needs to find his place. He looked great in the middle of the park, isnt that where Wenger said he sees him in the future?

United wouldn't sell him to us for 12mil though. If they did I'd swallow my pride on him.

I can actually see Juventus lining him up again and playing him with Tevez.

I agree he is a more natural player but Theo's output is always under played.

I wonder how Wilshere, Ramsey and Chamberlain all fit in the same team.

I don't think that was ever in any doubt.

Theo at his best is more damaging though.

Hopefully Chelsea win tomorrow. Season starts now.

Draw does me.

I hope City and Chelsea both lose

Have to keep remembering that Ox is only 20 and Gnabry 18.

Szczesny, Gibbs, Jenkinson, Ramsey, Wilshire, Walcott.....

Say what you will about Wenger, that's a pretty bloody good strike rate with young players atm.

None of this youth business.

Our resident Arsenal genius disagrees.

But in all seriousness, we sure do have some exceptional young talent. Here's to hoping we don't get tempted to sell any in the future.

City/Bayern/Barca will all knock on the door, it's inevitable.

Chelsea winning tomorrow would be the best result for us, a draw obviously would be decent as well. City have been
He also said that about Gnabry.

Obviously we have a squad of natural CMs.

Gnabry a CM too? I don't think I heard him say that. But I can see that in him as well.

I must say though out of Ox, Theo and Gnabry at the same age (18), Gnabry looks the best of the three.

Way to take things out of context, but I shouldn't have expected any less. Clearly wasn't referring to youth in what Shoei was talking about.

We clearly need an established, big name, world class centre forward.
