Posted in the weekly thread but I think a lot of players have quit on Wenger and if so they are not good enough to quit on any manager.

Michu is better than any attacker we have.

Agree bar Jack, Verm, Wojiech, Giroud and to some extent Jenkinson the rest do not care about what it means to play for the club and don't have a winners mentality which is what only Jack, Giroud and vermalean have. Its not a good sign when your centre back is the most keen to go forward and score the winning goal. Though if anything its best we lose or don't win the next few games only way the board will listen to what the fans want.

Who on the board would have the knowledge to pick the next manager. Everyone in power besides Gazidis is older than Wenger.

10th on the table now. Swansea, Everton, west ham and even those c***s at stoke are above us.

Its been swept under the carpet and barely raised publicly, but this our WORST START EVER in the premier league. 15 games, 21 points. Even after last season's disastrous start, we had 29 points after 15 games. I thought we had learned from last year and 'won't make the same mistakes' again etc etc?

Again, we're blaming 'tiredness' and we looked 'jaded'. Yep, we're the only team on the planet that has ever had to play 2-3 games per week and try and cope with it.

Agreed with the points raised above, some players just couldn't give a f***

Where the hell does this perception come that we are the best run football club from a financial point of view? Have taken this from another forum that Cruyff and myself are on, very very damning numbers. Weekly wages and annual wages in brackets:

Ignasi Miquel £5,000 (£260,000), Francis Coquelin £15,000 (£780,000), Ryo £20,000 (£1,040,000) Emmanuel Frimpong £20,000 (£1,040,000), Vito Mannone £20,000 (£1,040,000), Lukasz Fabianski £40,000 (£2,080,000), Johan Djourou £50,000 £2,600,000 (Johan stay sharp, we might play you in a match), Andre Santos £50,000 (£2,600,000), Abou Diaby £50,000 (£2,600,000 I do wonder what he'd earn if he played over 30 games in a season), Marouane Chamakh £50,000 (£2,600,000), Aaron Ramsey £55,000 (£2,860,000 ironic), Tomas Rosicky £60,000 (£3,120,000), Sebastien Squillaci £60,000 (£3,120,000 lol), Gervinho £70,000 (£3,640,000), Thomas Vermaelen £70,000 (£3,640,000), Andrey Arshavin £80,000 (£4,160,000)

That comes to £37,180,000 going down the drain every year. Wenger's wages aren't even included.
Disgraceful.

Glen the original post of that is better with all the smilies, gives more meaning to it.
the images didnt copy through on my phone at the time, but yes looks much more meaningful now. how the f*ck is chamkh on 50k a week?! o_O

they make some very good points. highest ticket prices in europe, yet they fans see the money pissed down the drain. the club has us believe that we're spending wisely, and make 'prudent financial decisions' and do things 'the right way' blah blah blah blah yet we piss down, for example, 500k+ pounds A WEEK on fabiankski, djourou, santos, diaby, chamakh, ramsey, squillaci, gervinho and arshavin. PER WEEK on players who contribute sweet f*ck all to winning games for the arsenal.

500,000 pounds....how the f*ck is that prudent and appropriate spending?!

just imagine what we could do with that money in the bank weekly....the 8-9 players who are deadwood in our squad could pay for one or two world class players....such as a mata last season, a llorente perhaps....etc

hell, even michu only cost swansea 2 million pounds (the same price we paid for park chu young!) and furthermore we buy rubbish like pussyvinho for 11m and santos for 6m. wise spending? f*ck off.

To be fair Arshavins deal looked fair when signed or even under. You could not see him stop caring. Diaby's deal would be fair if he was not injured all the time.

But the others are ridiculous and is part of the reason the good players want to leave due to not getting much more.

Last night on twitter journalist Ian McIntosh said he heard from real ITK not internet ITK that Wenger is under no pressure to lose his job.

The only way I see Wenger leaving is if PSG come looking for Wenger as Ancellotti is under pressure to lose his job.

Wojech was very good which was good to see. The worrying thing before the 2 goal was that Jenkinson, Vermaelen and Wojech were Arsenals best players.
Yes, I agree. If it wasn't for some very good positioning by Szczesny, we would have been behind much earlier.

I had only seen bits and pieces of Swansea this year and I've missed a big chunk of the EPL but having watched closely this morning, this year's Swansea is a class above last year's and The Arsenal will do well to finish above them.

They destroyed us. The South Korean lad Ki, apart from one or two wayward passes which is excusable considering he delivered a million of them, was head and shoulders above everyone on the pitch and along with Britton, completely dominated the midfield. They were helped no end by Wilshere's constant whinging and finger pointing and arm waving; everything except playing football and Walcott's non-team play 'cause he was pissed off that he wasn't playing center-forward.

I love the way Swansea played, they were so positive. Even their defending was positive and they deserved to win at least 2 nil: far to good for The Arsenal!

"you win some, you lose some".....and "you cant win them all" are amongst some of the things we've heard the fans say who are in denial about how deep the problems lie at arsenal. yes you cant win them all, but thus far we havent been able to beat:

sunderland*
stoke*
city
chelsea
norwich*
united
fulham
villa*
everton
swansea*

the * denotes a team we couldnt even score against

so how the hell are we going to "win" our annual invented/make believe "trophy" of 4th place when we cant beat teams like norwich, sunderland, villa et al??

yes in fairness to diaby he has played well in his limited game time this season. its a case of what could have been for him. but its a damning indictment on the club that we didnt purchase a replacement for song, instead we greedily pocketed the money (again) and instead hedged our bets on a returning ( yet consistently injury prone) player to slide into song's position as a 'new signing'.

We won't finish 4th. Other sides have improved and we've stayed the same.

We are far far worse. Sometimes the numbers just don't lie. Its our worst starting ever. Its amazing how this has gone vastly unnoticed, because we haven't suffered an 8-2 type thumping.

Hell, some people were even praising our result at old trafford this time around, saying 'we only lost 2-1' as if its some type of measurement of our improvement since last season. When truth be told, united should have hit us for 6 that night.

Many others have improved, but we've significantly declined. Many players couldn't give a f*ck, and as good as Theo has been for us this last month or so, his performance last night smacked of a bloke who knows he'll be the next to walk. Or he was pissed off because Wenger plays pussyvinho at centre forward ahead of him
