So im guessing your of the theory that the chasing pack will have to play with a bit more risk, in order to get birdies or better- which in turn could lead to mistakes?
DJ only simply have to play a 'safe' game on the first 9, and potentially have to reassess on the back 9, if there are challengers close by.
Great point I remember that.Correct. Remember the 6-putt from Ernie Els on the 1st a few years back? While Els had a meltdown, that hole location sits on top of a bowl and they haven't used that yet - this is just one example of what to expect tonight...

Agreed.. and like wise a small bet on each.Do agree with general consensus in here, if DJ has a brain explosion, Frittelli might be the man to grab that opportunity , with less pressure on him. Had a bit of a nibble on him on the outrights and lowest score for the round as well.
He is still 6 behind Cameron Smith hahahaLeishman out of the blocks with a birdie-birdie start..!!! Anyone backed him as the best Aussie or for a top ten finish...?
Cameron Smith into $13.00...Cameron Smith 3 shots behind the leader, trading at his shortest price of the tournament at $14.50
Cameron Smith into $11 as we speak....could we see the unthinkable happen today?Cameron Smith into $13.00...
wowieeeeeeeee went as low as $9.40.Cameron Smith into $11 as we speak....could we see the unthinkable happen today?
