Novak is closer to Fed than anyone else on hards now but the Meister raises his game in tie breaks and possibly will have broken Nole's morale now. He had fed in trouble at 2-4 but its not easy to close out against the GOAT and even if he loses today is a lesson for him. If he wins from here it is the greatest come back to win a title ever and he is a winner anyway puching Federer to tie breaks on what is arguably his favourite court.

what? he double faulted and comitted 3 unforced errors while serving for the set. He was nervous and the hit a short backhand atleast 5 meters wide. Federer played what he was able to play...lets face it, he is actually on the decline now, although he is still good enough for anyone on tour.
