Ok So winners including serve taking out the 5th set, is 51 Federer 44 Nadal.

Thats 7 the difference? or is it 4?

Just so you understand TP : Total 65-50 Minus Set 5 14-6 = After set 4 51-44.

51 Minus 44....= 7.

And that must include service winners, which arent Aces. Which obviously are still winners.

do you even know what a winner is????? i doubt it.A winner is a point where the opponent doesnt get a racquet on....which means forced errors are not winners.Hence service winners are only aces
Then according to your theory anyway, karlovic better than anyone? since he has more winners than anyone in a match???

ok so lets compare, groundstroke winners, unforced errors, first serve percentage, break points received total points won etc etc? i can tell you rafa was ahead in all of them till that final set. But dont let the facts get in your way.

Federer Nadal (after set 4)
Winners (groundstrokes only) 37 40
Unforced errors 31 22
First serve % 68 73
Break points 1/3 4/6

He broke rafa ONCE...in the entire match till that final set.Maybe the stats lie as well.So tell me mr corrison, where exactly do you see roger better than rafa in those statts?

Why showcase the stats up to the 4th set? Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there five sets? So, why don't you bring up the stats after the 5th set, and you'll see where Roger is superior to My Clay Court.

The sets were even 2 a piece. How exactly is that out-playing your opponent? They were each other's equal for 4 sets, trading blow for blow really, like a boxing fight that last's the whole distance. Roger's superiority showed in the deciding set, which shows why he is one of the greatest players of all-time.

federer unable to get a break point

Federers 24 aces kept him in the match, other than that, he would have been done in straight sets.

Rafa broke federer 4 times and only lost a set in an extremely tight tie breaker.

All the signs points at rafa outplaying federer on grass, too bad he couldnt finish it off, but next year he will.

atleast he is improving  2 wimbledon finals in a row..comeback when someone else can get as close to federer in a slam final

Novak did - inexperiance cost him

I dont want to bag Rafa but i think Novak is 2nd atmo and in my opinion could win a grand slam next year - which one im not willing to predict but I hope to god its here in Oz
