Yes I am watching the match and have seen many Hewitt matches. It appears injury is the only reason why Hewitt loses these days. Nothing to do with the way his opponent is playing

Over-generalisation, mate. It's never just injuries, Lleyton is well aware of that. It's just that he's had issues with injuries for years, he can't help that.

Just stating the fact he's playing one leg, he is, only a moron could deny that.

Anybody else get the feeling Lleyton will go one more Aussie Open then call it a day?!
Seems like his body can't keep up anymore...

Could come down to whteher we win the DC tie in a few weeks, if we win, he'll defiantely want to play in the World Group and play 2011. But I have the feeling they he's not thinkign of retirement at the moment. He'll play 2001 providign he's fit.

That Federer shot between the legs was better than last year, no question.

Have just seen the Fed shot, unbelievable. As for Lleyton, he had an interrupted lead up to this tournament. The worrying thing is that the US is one of his strongest surfaces. He will probably continue next year, but you have to wonder why. Sam just got out of a tight one. She might win another round, but she will not make it further, the surface is way too fast for her and she isn't in that good a form at the moment.
I find the US Open the hardest to follow out of all the 4 slams. It is in a terrible time zone for us, as it starts so late, and does continue on in the morning but I've got work.

Gulbis just lost the first set to Chardy. Wouldn't surprise me to see him lose. A soon as people start hyping him up, he collapses.

Baghdatis loses the first set to Clement, but you'd imagine he'll fight back to take it in 4 or at the very worst 5.

Cirstea is unbelievable! Unbelievably pathetic that is.

Molik choking the first set away.

Interesting match come up for Novak...

It's friggin hot in New York today, and we all know how much he loves the heat!!!

Speaking of Serbs wilting in the heat, Jankovic looking underwhelming in her match. 3-3 in the third against the 96th ranked player
