Surely that is Total Power's other account
I don't understand the point of it being embrassing, he's still has made 2 quarters and a semi this year along with the AO title, he can contiune for however long he wants. He doesn't have that many points to defend to the end of the year so as long as he plays Shanghai and does decently and then decently in Paris and London he should gain points before AO next year limiting the damage somewhat.
Vamos Rafa. Win all 4 slams and show everyone that they shouldn't just say Federer is the greatest of all time. Don't think Rafa is but always want him to win because apart from being my fav player, it makes people less likely to just base everything on statistics.
Djokovic stayed agressive and got the win. This time it was a bit different because Fed was winning but Federer never takes the match on when it gets close in slams. Just waits for his opponent to choke under the pressure (does a great job of defending and putting it in awkward spots though). To be the best of all time you need to beat champions and I just dont think Federer had anyone to beat during his dominance. Beat Rafa a couple of times as a young clay court specialist on grass but other than that not enough to be the best of all time in my humble opinion.
Hopefully the final will be close and worth getting up for.

Djoker! What a win, saving two match points, the entire crowd going for Federer, what a performance!
Rafa.
At long last my two favourites meet in the final.Looks like a great preview there NERDY, I'll read it when my eyes aren't so sore!
Terrific.
What a match up we've been "blessed" with.
In one corner a bloke who, while fun to watch with his top spin and cranky Spaniard 'tude, will be remembered as the straw to break the camel's back for the once unique and diverse game of tennis, sparking a line of fitness freaks, and ultimately taking the circuit away from the realm of the unpredictable. No longer will a 17 year old upstart with a racket and a dream be able turn the world upside down by shocking the top dog, for like so many other sports it will place a greater value on the physical than on the individual's ability, and therein will lose its identity. Aspiring young tennis payers in 2030 will watch archived footage of Sampras approaching the net and be seeing something they've never encountered in a game situation before. Absolutely bloody tragic, and we have weightlifter Nadal to thank.
In the other corner we have a soft, pathetic bitch. He rents his chest cavity out to squirrels in the winter because there's nothing occupying it. He'd rent it out all year round if animals needed the storage space, or if his old season dresses and handbags didn't need packing away. He has a well rounded game - great forehand, good backhand, lethal drop shot and he has real power on both sides. The main weakness in his game is natural light. Focus on consistency, force him into a day match, and after a couple of injury timeout glute massages he yields.
Whoever wins, it's bad for tennis. Not what tennis fans would've been hoping for. My tip: the bitch in 4. It's cloudy.

Looks like we're gunna have to wait another 24 hours. It's been pissing down in New York all day. We wouldn't have this problem at the Aussie Open![]()
We also wouldn't have this problem if the USTA wasn't short sighted and all they could think of "Let's build the biggest tennis stadium in the world." The other day when I was listening to the US Open radio commentary the commentator said that apparently the USTA looked into a roof and it would cost more than than it cost to build the stadium itself. The stadium is only 13 years old FFS, RLA had had a roof for 10 years, at least they could've built the thing so a roof would be a viable option in the future. Apparently the players also look like ants from the top level. The USTA are ****ing dumb organisation.
US open is a ****ing joke.Nothing less than that.I agree with you, lets build a 40k stadium but hey, dont build a roof, specially when you have 2 finals washed out in the last 2 years. A monday finals is not the same, people have work..schools...
Joke scheduling... Now it rains again...
I reckon...
Get a roof you dumb yanks!!!
Just switched over to weather channel over here and it looks like it's a short, but nasty, storm. Once it passes we should be good by the sounds of it![]()
what i dont understand is why did they schedule it at 4 pm? it was predicted thunderstorms around 6 pm.If it was scheduled at 2 pm it would have been done and dusted by now.Seriously how about shit for brains dumb yanks. If it wasnt for rafa, i wouldnt give two hoots about this whole circus.
