And we are onto the next match. 2-6, 6-2, 6-4. I don't know if I should be nervous that she nearly coughed up a 5-2 lead and she got broken to love serving it out. or the fact she couldn't hold serve at all. Schmieds got broken 7 times in the match. But she broke back 8 times to win. :thumbsu:

Playing Catherine Mcnally next. Caty Mcnothing on Schmieds. Caty is a Yank who must be a WC and a Junior(15 years old). I am not even nervous. The comeback is well and truely on.

The match will be in the morning. Hopefully, I can catch it before Schmieds finishes it in under an hour.

Now, no Milos for the US Open. You just gotta stay fit in the ATP atm. Wrist injury which we all knew(hoped) was an issue. He hasnt been right all year.

Good news for Del porto, as he will avoid a 1-8 seed in the 3rd round. though I would be struggling to name all top 8 seeds at this point

Good for Cilic and JMP though

How do you know which seeds play who in the 3rd, 4th round?

If these are pre-fixed who does Krygios play in 3rd, 4th rounds. ( assuming he must play 1st or 2nd seed in 4th round )

I am no expert but hopefully that explains it. So nick(15th seed) has a 17-24 in the 3rd round and then, he SHOULD play a 1-8 in the 4th round.

So that means that Haase is the 32nd seed? Woah.

6-0, 6-2 Schmieds in 54 mins. Easy . only dropped 2 points on serve in the first set. She might have been broken in the 2nd but i will ignore that. One more game and she is back to where she belongs. plays either Fanny Stollar or Kateryna Kozlova, the #10 seed. both will be tough but neither is a former world number #26

Shocked that the US Open doesn't have love streaming of Qualies.

Boba Fett is also in the 3rd round.

Top half is stacked for the men.

Good chance for Alex Zverev to go deep.

That bottom quarter is just pathetic. If Murray not right Kokkinakis could go a long way, even a semi

Wish Dimi or Querrey had drew that quarter for my futures. Querrey is cooked in Kyrgios and Federer section, won't even get chance to trade out of that.

Not that happy Mug drew Kvitova section either. Basically with no Serena the only player that could out hit her on her day.

Tough one but I think Halep should win, maria hasn't played for awhile and coming back from injury

Tipping Sharapova personally. Sort of hope so as she's more likely to beat a Muguruza for mine.

Your Fed hate is ridiculous

I don't hate him. He's just not and never has been my favourite. Respect him but that's all personally. Everyone has different players they like!

Tough matches for the aussies
De minuar v Thiem
Barty v konjuh
Thompson v sock
And kyrgios has to play millman

I don't believe Millman has drawn Kyrgios! He has had crap draws in the slams so far this year. Oh well, maybe he'll get Nick on an off day... go Johnny :thumbsu:

Kokkinakis had drawn Tipsarevic, he can win that match.
