Stupid and ignorant comment. The rules have been applied very consistently for decades - if you hit a ball in anger and it strikes an official, you get disqualified. That has been that case since at least 1995, when Tim Henman got disqualified at Wimbledon. Probably longer, that’s just the earliest example I can remember.Not at all. The fed would not get suspended. Farce and laughable.
Djokovic has been toying with this situation for years. He regularly slams balls or throws racquets with little regard for ballkids, linespersons or spectators. See this interview from the ATP finals a few years ago:
