Tsitsipas really should have won. A double break up in the 3rd set and had set points as well. But that might be the making of Alcaraz. He found the energy in the 5th set, with some help from the crowd. He was playing really aggressive baseline tennis in the final set and it was fun to watch. At 6'1 he might be a tad short in terms of being able to win a few free points off his serve going forward.

Only just turned 18 in May means Alcaraz is going to be some kind of player. Awesome for Spanish Tennis with Nadal on the way out over the next couple of years.

Fernandez is one service game away. Been serving so well for such a small person. This is the first time I have seen her play but I have heard about her a lot but she is very impressive.

Osaka's biggest problem apart from mental fragility is she is unfit. The roll around her stomach and the size of her legs is a tell tale sign of someone who is way out of condition.
