I don't think choke is the right word but she can have a habit of just mentally going away at times of a big lead. This was kind of like the Muchova loss at AO but at least this one Rogers played out of her skin/smart tennis to win it. But yeah Ash should of closed it out

But I only caught the last game/TB and others have said Shelby red-lined it. Barty does have an issue serving out a match atm but I dislike the word choke. its overused.

Its weird. For a world number 1, Barty drops a lot of sets and loses to a lot of players she should beat in similar circumstances to this match. Her top 10 record is amazing.

It was a choke. You are up a DOUBLE break and you literally get 3 first serves in those two games…was an absolute choke for the ages.
