the longest Grand Slam match would have to be Kuznetsova v Schiavone at the Aus Open, which went 16-14 in the last(or something like that)

The longest slam match is that one from the 2011 Australian Open between Schiavone and Kuznetsova which went 4:44. Harder to do with the last set tb at the USO though.

Apparently there was a 1984 match involving a 643-shot 29 minute rally.
