Whats the bet none of them make the quarter finals. All headcases at the moment.
I think she's still having nightmares from abosolutely having Safina on a plate (5-2 up in the third from memory, maybe with a match point or two?) and not winning a game for the rest of the match. Think she may have balled her eyes out (think anyone would've) and Safina couldn't believe it. It seems to have killed her career for the time being. Someone needs to get her back mentally, but then again womens tennis is crazy like this.
Also Stosur sounds like she's gonna have a similar tournament like she did at Wimbledon, get through a couple of scratchy matches then lose to a decent player she'd probably beat on any other day.
Maybe Dokic shouldn't have bothered, sounds like she was not ready in the slightest.

She didnt even have match points she lost the 3rd set 4-6.
she lost 5-7 in the third. she had 2 MP's at 5-4 serving, and a lead of 5-2.
She won the third set 6-4 and had a 2-4 lead you fool.

lol, look at the post you were quoting, it was posted yesterday, talking about Cornet's loss to Safina at AO.
Oh my bad. Why are fox sport showing Ivanovic and not Murray/Gulbis was looking foward to that match. Last i heard Adamzac was up 6-4 4-6 2-1 with a break of serve.

Bondarenko ended up taking the third set in a TB, just comical, 6-2, 3-0 up for Ana, then a double break for Bondarenko in the third at 4-1. High drama match but really ana just needs to believe in herself but then at the same time give the ball a bit of margin as well, hard thing to do when your low in confidence.
Have to thank the USO organisers, Stosur and Hewitt on one after the other with Sam not before 5.30am and Lleyton not before 7am. Couldn't be any better with the schduling there. Also, Gooch please don't stuff this draw up, if you lose to this claycourter...

He didn't have high first serve percentage at all, it was in the 40's for most of the match only getting better in the 3rd when it got up to 53. Need to serve higher than that when he faces Federer. He is hitting the groundies nicely and seems to be moving fine after looking really sluggish in his match with Federer in Cincy. I would still be surprised if he was able to take a set off Federer. Hopefully Federror comes out to play.

How the hell could she lose to a battler like vania king?? who the hell is she anyway??. Im actually very shocked and disappointed by this result, seems to me that she still has not rid herself of inconsistency because she should have blown vania king away easily if she was at her best. Sam would be extremely upset by this result as she should be.
