A dedicated disciple of dear leader's teachings.

In one case, Bevin pardoned a man convicted of homicide. That man's family raised more than $20,000 at a political fundraiser to help Bevin pay off a debt owed from his 2015 gubernatorial campaign.

Humiliation kink.

Only explanation for him.
Makes sense.

Anyone else catch Donnie's latest "presser" alongside a running aircraft? Jon Stewart did a pretty good job extracting the highlights, starts at 7 min 22;

You have to see it. The man's brain is just gone, mush. Now composed exclusively of recycled dishwashing liquid and toenail clippings.

Odds he knew what the Strait of Hormuz was prior to dropping the first bomb 3 weeks ago? 50/50 I reckon, legit. Was probably only mentioned in the 2nd paragraph of his briefing.

He probably checked it definitely wasn't known as the Gay of Hormuz

Not quite as important but the Iranian people are starving for access to information sources other than their lying, terrorist regime.

Ditto Americans, as more and more reports come on of Billionaires censoring Iran news, on all that social and old school media they control.

I think American news should be fed to Iran, and Iranian news fed to the US. Both sides likely to discover how much they don't know.

I'll deal with the first three now and the rest tonight.

In April last year Trump said ""Foreign nations will finally be asked to pay for the privilege of access to our market"

Goldman Sachs exporters said that in October 2025 exporters absorb price increases created by the tariffs to some extent effectively paying for 18% of the tariffs at that time. they predicted that by July this year it would be 25%. So Trump told the truth. Foreign nations are paying a price to access the US market.

Per CNBC "President Donald Trump revealed on Wednesday that he’s considering sending 20% of the money saved by the Department of Government Efficiency advisory group to Americans." Apparently the way it would work is that at the DOGE end date (July 2026) they would look at the total saved to consider how much should be sent.

Let's look at the premise of your question first. Were 60+ court cases "thrown out for lack of evidence"?
I'll deal with the first now.

Semantics dear boy, weren't you the one going on about semantics?

And here you are, both factually and semanticly wrong.

The importer is 100% responsible for paying the tariff, 100% of the time.

Sometimes, they get a break and the exporter they are buying from makes a business decision to lower prices, but usually not. That's not the exporter paying the tariff. Semanticly or not. The importer is responsible for the tariff, regardless of whether the exporter lowers, raises, or maintains, prices.

And even allowing for this, your own figures (the most flattering to Trump I have seen, I wonder how that happened), show the vast bulk of the tariffs the importer pays, are not offset by lower prices.

Trump, when asked if tariffs would raise prices and cause inflation, said, "No. Because the foreign country is paying the tariff". Things he DID NOT SAY. "The foreign country is lowering prices to offset the importers tariff bill", that the foreign country is "paying some of the tariffs".

How do you do this. Twist yourself up like a pretzel trying to find a way to defend the president you don't worship. Can you induce selective amnesia or something? Does it hurt? It seems painful, and unhealthy.

Anyway, do an AI summary of Trump quotes on import tariffs and foreign countries.

There are numerous instances where he is quite explicit. The foreign nation (not even the exporting company, but the nation) will pay the tariff. Not lower prices, not pay some of them.

How am I supposed to logic that away, given the evident failure of your spin.

It depends on the price elasticity of the product in question. If the US importer and the foreign exporter have been making decent profits for years, do they pass on the tariff cost completely and risk loss of market share? Or absorb some of the cost and still make a profit?

Your own stats show that this doesn't happen in over 80% of cases.

Do you agree with Trump that foreigners are paying the tariffs in these cases?

Iran is the "less bad" war Trump ordered after his JCOS pushed back on the Greenland invasion. It's still looking to cause a recession.

The psycho needs to be put out to pasture.
