TBH I can't split the two sides. This game (Crows v Maggies) will be won in the forward lines.

If Tarrant can pull his finger out and Rocca fires then I feel you will have our measure . . .

but . . .

if our midfield gets on top and creates run for our inept forward line you could be in for a shellacking!

It is a big game for both Clubs.

It will be won easily.. Collingwood will either win by 10 goals or get killed by 10 goals. We will only win by those 10 goals if Tarrant and Rocca kick 5 each.

I don't know how far Fraser, Dids and Richards are from being included into the team If we did have Fraser and Didak i beleive we would win this one easy.

I'd be extremely surprised if Dids came up for this one.

If Williams is dropped this week the pies should get up. At least 3 of the Doggies last quarter goals were as a result of him not creating a contest. That is unacceptable and if we inject some youth and enthusiasm into the side then we will go a long way to winning it.

Having said that, this is really a 50/50 contest and should be a good one.

Tarrant is viewed as an inconsistant but enigmatic forward by many people but since the start of 2003 he has been very consistant.
People look at his poor goal average and think thats because he is inconsistant when it is because he is not a big goal kicker, he is inaccurate and even when he is firing he usually prefers to pass it off to someone else. Tarrant is a very hard working forward but the Bulldogs clogged up his space to work in beatifully.

It will be a good game - and this thread's main point is where it will be won. Obviously the forward line is where, but it is a decent midfield v a different midfield.

I can't wait, pity I will have to wait till 4pm and watch a delayed second half.

I think we will win by around 5 goals.
It would be nice to see Rocca, Tazza and Tex to have a major impact on the scoreboard and the game.
