who's basements LOL.

The DNC are as far away from getting away from elitism as you are from the reality that the world is changing . People are now more and more rejecting the politics of the SJW .

He said that to get the votes of 'dey took ur jerbs' crowd who thought he could actually bring back their jobs.

His entire cabinet is right behind it, including his Secretary of State.

You talk about the DNC's elitism and STILL pay no credit to people fearing for the loss of their jobs...ffs man you are have no self awareness whatsoever.

Their jobs are gone. He can't bring them back. His cabinet is full of millionaires who will fight funding on public infrastructure, training, welfare.

Trump got their votes. Now he can get on with the job of ******* them over like every Republican and Democrat has.

If you think his election was mainly about jobs, you're as ignorant as the KKK and David Duke who endorsed the ****.

His election wasn't about s**t except for inflating his public profile and eventually losing. Now he's actually managed to win and he's in over his head.

In the several weeks since he was confirmed as the president-elect, he's managed to push the United States closer to war with China than they've ever been, including breaking from time-honoured protocol and acknowledging Taiwan as having its independence and their own president. Now he's haranguing the Chinese for taking a US research submarine which realistically probably isn't a US research submarine out of their territory in the SCS (the SCS itself is a completely different topic for another thread) and baiting the sleeping giant for no other reason than he thinks it's funny or it makes him look like a big man.

Regardless of whether you think the greatest issue from this election is the SJW left and the Twitterati getting their s**t handed to them by the right and the rise and rise of the American right and the death of political correctness, there is nothing to be gained or no positive to be taken from the man who would be President antagonising the Chinese before he's taken office.

Never mind all the Russian s**t. Good heavens.

Trigglypuff!!

This is why it's impossible to have a civil discussion about this election and the state of politics around the world nowadays, no matter which "side" you're on.

It inevitably devolves into the "right" telling the "left" they're "triggered" and "social justice warriors", and the "left" telling the "right" they're ignorant, racist and bigoted. There's no such thing as middle ground.

Oh yeah lets not stir up those scary Chinese yeah...like our own government who grovel and scrape to their every whim despite the fact they are one of the most repressive regimes on the planet .Trump knows exactly what he's doing with them put quite simply he's showing them who the top dog is. Do you actually think the Chinese capable of any sort of a war with the USA? it would be over in a very messy bang and they ( the Chinese ) know it

But then when you state your on no ones side and still some are not self aware enough to get it.... The trouble is with the fact that everyone looks at it from one side or the other... i loathe both left and right but i do get triggered myself by the self righteousness of the 'leftists' who are the new fascists who cant see the fact that Shillary lost because her campaign consisted of vote for me cos of racism/sexism duh! she had no content offered nothing to the working classes and yes probably Trump will fail them too but in a 2 horse race...

Trump knows exactly what he's doing with them

Do you honestly believe this? In your heart of hearts do you believe that he knows what he's doing with regards to foreign policy and how he's handling the Chinese, a known volatile country with very shady motives and reasons for doing anything? Do you really, truly, honestly believe that a man with no prior experience as a politician, no foreign diplomatic experience and I'm presuming no investments in China, has a hidden strategy in place when he tweets that China has "ripped" a US Navy vessel out of the water? How about when he claimed they invented climate change as a money-making scheme? How about when he accuses an entire country and its people of stealing American manufacturing jobs and livelihoods? What's the plan? Where's it end? What's the logical conclusion?

Do you actually think the Chinese capable of any sort of a war with the USA? it would be over in a very messy bang and they ( the Chinese ) know it

Deferring to people who know far more about me when it comes to the military capabilities of the respective countries, I'd say the Chinese occupation of the SCS and their continued elevation of hostilities in the region demonstrates that they're exceptionally capable of a war with the USA. I don't think it would be over quickly and I don't think the USA would come out on top. If the USA invaded China, I would think they'd immediately find themselves in a conflict with both China and Russia, where the Americans would quite promptly get their s**t ****ed up. That's WWIII right there.

Hillary lost because she thought all she had to do was rock up and it'd be in the bag. Her assumption of the American people will go down as one of the most incredibly stupid and short-sighted decisions the DNC has ever made. Especially if it ends up leading to a colossal military conflict globally.

When it comes down to it, there were zero candidates that offered anything substantial to the American people. Trump dog whistled and fearmongered his way into the white house, while Hillary stood there in her pantsuits and thought people would just walk into her arms because the position is hers by birthright. I hope the greatest lesson learnt by both major parties is that they need to energise more young people into the political spectrum, people who are more in touch with their electorates, who actually care about major issues.

Who said invade? there would be a phone call to Putin an offer of a carve up and between the USA and Russia where there was once china there'd be un livable large spot on the map for a very very long time much like now come to think of China's track record of *ingg up their environment .

As for Trump knowing what he's doing ? absolutely it's an old business trick of staring down the opposition and thats what Trump will do run the USA as a business.

What was wrong with Bernie? I've liked him for years from my limited knowledge of US politics.

I think he is too bright to resonate with the masses, but that does not mean he was not offering anything substantial.

It's all well and good that there is now a President who makes fun of lefty weirdos.

But sharing triggered videos aren't going to lead to the economic re-organisation you, and millions of others (both right and left), would like.

Based on the dearth of policy proposal specifics and the decidedly neo-liberal and globalist (to use your term) cabinet that has been chosen, it appears you've been had.

Anyway, he'll point to a scapegoat when he falls flat on his face. Keep a look out for it. And you know...don't be sucked in.

You state Trump fear-mongered yet i'd say it was Clinton that played that card the hardest.

Then why the hell would he spend billions (trillions?) to invest in the industries that are in the rust belt?

You do realise 'running it as a business' is the very logic behind the mass de-industrialisation of the blue collar workers you think you support?

He is a Jewish socialist. Anti-semitic and neo-nazi ***** were activated by Trump. They would have killed him. I mean literally.

And again you still totally fail to even get close don't you? ....ill use caps to see if it helps......I'M NOT A TRUMP SUPPORTER I AM A LOATHER OF BOTH YOUR LEFT AND RIGHT ,MY OWN POLITICS ARE CLOSE TO WHAT IS CALLED LIBERTARIAN-ISM OK? let it sink in for a while .

Then you would support the free trade that makes it economically rational to move industry to states with low mages and minimal worker protection.

Bernie is another shill working for even more leftists ideals than you see him talk about , his ideal state would be a Marxist one .
