Well that felt like ******* your own sister...

Sighhh, take the win... & againast those pricks even better, but gee they were so poor that they dragged us into their crap box.

Beating Essendon like that at least you come away thinking your sister's hot. :p

Batchelor > Heppell.
How does Bellchanbers feel to be *******ed by a mullet?
A wet rag > Dempsey
A suburban footballer with no opposite foot > Heppell
A gimp with the IQ of a salamander > Hurley

At least Monfries played his one good game for the year against us, but I guess our blokes paid him the scant regard he deserves.
Hey, did I mention I hate the Bowls Club team?

Wonder if the Bowls Club supporters willbe using the inaccurate kicking excuse this time?
Should they have beaten us by much more earlier in the season because of their bad kicking?
13 goals 24.
lol

Hey guys good win tonight, despite the poor kicking at goal, although it was very windy.

Took the missus to her first game tonight, and she got her scarf signed by the two Richmond boys outside gate 4 near the Tigers jeep.

Just wondering if anyone can let me know who they are. I thought one may have been Matty Arnot, but was hoping someone can tell me for sure.

Cheers.

It wasn't a good win Ron. It was nothing that a NAB cup game wouldn't be. Means nothing for next year.

How do I know? Easy test. If it had meant anything we would not have won.

It means that three bombers plus the club cat will turn up for their game against you.

It seemed like a lacklustre effort from the Bombers but I'm glad we played a solid 4 quarters. No fade outs letting them back in. Scoreboard reflected that - just too may behinds obviously.

For the first time ever we started looking for leads from players in better positions inside the fwd 50.
It looked like we'd finally had a look at how sydney do it.

Apart from the usual suspects Tuck Lids Cotch Morris Rance Houli Maric Jack- I was impressed with Martins increased output, Posts good game(leave him down back), McGuane (needs to work on positioning a bit) and Astbury's contributrion (a good contested mark - will be good depth as a KPF). Batchelor looked improved after his break. Dea good enough but lacks something (confidence?)- not killing the contest knocking the ball through instead of allowing them a goal (their first)

Nahas - another nothing effort. The trouble with these specialist small fwds - if you can't get them in the midfield rotation and they're having a bad one up fwd, then they're a liability. OHanlon, Helbig - not bad, something to work with.

Great stuff Tigers!!
Sure it wasn't a match to have you push the tabs in on the video cassette for a keeper.
BUT learning to win matches regardless of the quality of the opposition has got to be of some benefit in their development.
When do the forms come out to re new our memberships for 2013?

.

Not sure about Dea...he moves and plays like a footballer following strict instructions...almost robotic like...he delivered the ball by foot ok...marked it ok...handballs well...

I'm not unhappy with his output...just not sure about his level in the team and game at the moment...

Does not seem to be a flashy player...does not try to take the game on or take a risk...just safe with the ball in his hands...methodical...tough...

I get the impression he lacks pace cos i never see him take the game on and run...

When he has the ball his first reaction is to look for a team mate in a better posion than himself then dispose the ball by hand or foot...because of that split second pause the game seems to slow down...

Does not strike me as a natural footballer either...whether that will come with time and more games...we shall see...

But he is a player i'm watching with interest...hoping he will play next week...so i can see what else he can produce...

There was a real strange passage of play on the wing where I think it was Bellchambers got tackled and IMO just dropped the ball ( pure holding the ball) , he then went to the ground and scooped it about 10 metre's towards Essendons goals as clear as day and then the umpire blew the whistle and awarded him a free kick because of a Richmond player throwing the ball.

I was waiting for the umpire to switch on and reverse the decision but it didn't happen. It was like the twilight zone or something. Just weird !!!

Did anyone see this from a different angle or something ? Do my eyes need to be checked not the umpires ?

I saw the same thing rusty, I went apeshit over it, it was nice watching the pretty boy looking frustrated though, maybe we need to add some more of his coaching tips to the you tube video.
