I sense the OC is regretting his move to Harry Trot oval.

Apart from anything else he will miss his bi- annual battles with nobs defenders Hosking and the Meat Tray.

He used to use the trip to the Gillon to boost confidence levels but now all he can rely on is a trip to Golden Gate and a tap on the arse from Jono Dixon.

He is a sad reflection on the man he once was, if it was not for the massive beak remaining i would barely recognise him.

Nobs look in good shape for a assualt on 7th spot. Alphonse cooling his heels untill his annual battle with the Ram in round 4.

Disapointing news about Tony Mokbels trial today, the underworld is not what it used to be.

Good to see the Step Ladder has made it on to Big Footy. The VAFA paparazzi will have a field day with this

Big footy identities are just that, any move to expose these identities is unjust and devalues the use of this forum.

Please refrain from this.

The OC is now retiring, howerver, he will reincarnate shortly.

Alponse, Mokbell...???

The underworld is out!!!!

Having witnessed many a game at the Gillon, none were better than the Meat Tray. THe man was blessed with looks!

News has filtered in that OEG will unveil a new FF for its opening round. Apparently he moves like the Queen Mary but its not Ha Kim

On the subject of Ha Kim, they're breeding! another Hakka will be debuting tomorrow and he definitely got the looks in the family

I have never seen you bust the moves at Motel.

As a StBede's player, my long blond dreadlocks, flannel shirts and bum fluff goatie won't get me past big Luciano on the door.

I will take your word for it!

I've also heard that he does very well for himself...

Didn't he handball some scraps to Danny Ryan?

The Cameo King says this is how they finish;

Uni Blues
Old Xavs
Old Trinity
Old Scotch
Old Hailebury
St Bernards
Old Melburnians
Marcellin
St Kevins
Collegians

Old Ivanhoe
Whitefriars
St Bedes
Old Brighton
De La Salle
North Old Boys
Old Essendon
MHSOB
Mazenod
Caulfied Grammar

Collegians are perhaps the worst side to go to A-Grade in twenty years. St Kevins are struggling, and yet again the clubs promoted from B-Section will find the jump to A Grade too much. Thus the likes of Melburnians and struggling Bernards and Marcellin manage to stay up for another year. Uni Blues only threatened by Xavs, but still wipe the floor with them in the GF.

Similar to story in B Section. Caulfield go back down and MHSOB only stay up courtesy of a Mazenod side that is G-O-R-N and and insipid Old Essendon side that despite the loss of the OC and Oxnam plus others will win occasional game on their Keilor dump to stay afloat. For now. Old Ivanhoe are a cut above the clubs in B-Section and dominate the finals as St Bedes choke again as they're not used to playing on proper football grounds and Whitefriars and Old Brighton are good, but not that good.

Cameo King out.

Does anyone know what is going on with Mazenod O C? Have they lost any players?

According to Tom Brain's B Section round 1 preview in this week's edition of the Amateur Footballer, Mazenod have lost quite a few players to Murrumbeena who play in the SFL, retirements and always quite a few heading overseas.

Really, Eddie ?

What are your thoughts on Rupo, we are the best run club in Victoria as demonstrated by the fact that they won the TXU VFL community club of the year award last year.

Well, Ormonds seniors in D1 thrashed one of the ********test sides going around, dont know how they avoid relegation each year, so that means nothing

But on positive notes today, the Friars should be back in A grade next year due to the most lethal forward line going around in B grade. They had a great FF and now added another goal kicking machine in Birdy who kicked 6 goals

Go Friars

Yes Aquinas look like strugglers. I want to know how Bulleen-Templestowe are rated for a D1 club, so's I can tell whether beating them by a point is actualyl of any value.

One loss to the Reds out of 5 teams this round. Juniors finished 3-11 but should improve, and SA Fitzroy won both snrs and rsvs.

Well Bulleen have just come up from D2

I know the Reds expected to beat them quite comfortably, so I dont think they planned on only a 1 point win

Bulleen Temps will challenge a few sides, but if you want to win D1 I feel you should be able to dispose of them easily but every time the Reds broke away they came back at them

How many extra Kgs is Birdy carrying around these days? ;)
Gun player in his day....... but still might handy in a pocket.

Thanks Eddie, I didn't remember seeing Bulleen Templestowe during the Reds' rise through the ranks, so I assumed they might have come down from above, rather than up from below. How'd did you get to be so familiar with this match?
