A tool without a premiership medal around his neck posts on Bigfooty as Han Solo!

It's a pity no Old Xaverians can hang an AFL premiership medal around his neck like SKOB's Chris & Brad Scott (01, 02, 03), Josh Mahoney (04) and soon to join them, Ryan O'Keefe (05)..

Tall poppy syndrome. Losing brings that out in people, when you are not good enough yourself, bag those who are.

You can't even acknowledge great football without having a crack. You are weak as water, clearly had your arse kicked by the Xavs at some stage and you are a bad loser. Did a Xaver steal your girlfriend or knock off your sister or something?

I am quite comfortable with my own situation. I have my own fair share of premiership medallians in my three chosen team sports including football and I have also represented my state and country in my number one athletic pursuit. I better stop there because I am starting to sound like a Xav myself.

I am certainly not weak as water and I am not a bad loser, I have already acknowledged that they can play football. I just think that Xavs are a footy club that lacks integrity and is full of terrible blokes. If you feel that you need to have a personal attack on me because I hold an opinion that you do not like, then you need to realise that life is full of people with different views.

If you don't like my opinion then you have two choices, either get over it and move on or let it really get to you and keep posting like you are doing now.

Let's all model ourselves on Nathan Pope!!!

Just been in contact with the Ovens & Murray Umpires Association and they are very keen to have an umpire of my experince join them next year. Of course we didn't discuss in detail match payments, as that will be decided after the pre-season competition, but I can tell you it will be much more than the peanuts the VAFUA pay.

How much do you expect per game Nuffy?

I've been in this game a long time now so I'd expect somethng between $60-$80. I'm still going to apply for the VFL and TAC development programs and hopefully get picked up there.

Pope has more jam tart than soft bayside teams like St Bede's. He might act like a knob on the field but at least the kid has a crack.

Han Solo you have hit the nail right on the head. OX are a great club, as shown by 8 from 11, but there is a thing called humility in victory which they are yet to discover. This applies to their teams in all grades. Classic example is their Crocs Club 18, who you think may have learned that after 9 flags in a row. Can you believe they book their premiership function at the beginning of the season expecting in advance that it will just happen. Thankfully this season they finally got knocked off & had all their b/s knocked out of them.

Brindisi St is a terrible ground Alphonse, perhaps the Gillon.

Will the NOBSPCOBAFC be playing any games in sunny Ballarat next year...? Perhaps they could move it up there...?

Hopefully two games per year, which should enable us to not only take away the 8 points but some low grade Ballarat mutton from 21 arms.

We just need teams to agree to play us there, most likely against our Brunswick neighbours, Fitzroy Reds. Should be a great battle that one, we will be playing for the prestigious Red Nob Cup, which is C Grade’s version of Fletchers Gherkin.

Gee I haven't been to Ballarat for a while. Then again why would one willing go to the butt hole of the world. Last time I was there Hot Gossip was the place to go to. Had a couple of my boys working it. We never did that well the locals were more interested in VB and Chroming than illicit substances.

Calling Kiss of Death

Did you see any of the Old Ivanhoe boys on Saturday night. Rumours abound that they tore up Motel and later Prince....

Plenty of stray text messages also...

As a fan, I'd go and watch NOBs v Reds at Ballarat. Red Nob Cup :)

I remember Hot Gossip, went there once back about 1990ish after a wedding. Restricted recall.

It's a pity none of those blokes have ever played for SKOB's.
It's also a pity that those blokes mentioned have won more premierships than SKOB have in their long and sad history.

Yes, i did see the OIG boys out at the favourite old haunt. Typical menaces as usual.
Apparently the absence of one regular male stud left the door open for the boys to pick up some scraps.
Although this is third hand info and one would doubt that they would get near it in that state.

Was OI's gun midfielder Stewy Low carving up the dance floor as usual?

Has he fully recovered from Ostitisgoochus?

Mahns played 19's then went to Willy, ditto for ROK who played 19's in 97 (during the school breaks), also the same for Chris Scott. Regardless, they are all SKOB's.

Name some names, Han.

Who are the tossers? Give numbers if you don't know names.

Are you suggesting they have paid players? Who have they paid?

I have been reading this forum for a while and it is clear you don't like the Xavs but have some inside knowledge. Did you play there?

My dear Alphonse, how long have we known each other? We have worked in the same industry and everthink and still you were too stupid to realise that Carl and me are proud Proddy's. SUAF

Roberta were you having an affair with the bloke who was shot in Carlton, Beniamin i think his name was.

I heard a rumour that Carl wanted him killed for playing hide the sausage with you. Any truth?

Tossers - Mollard, Beardsley, Beetham, Arnold, Ockleshaw, etc

Payments - No proof amoungst current players just a lot of things that don't add up. Why would Ex-AFL/VFL listed players who did not go to the school play for free with that bunch of blokes.

We've all heard the rumours about players from the past, Blood, Donati, Berry, etc now those rumours might not be true, the fact is no one has ever caught them red handed. Now with Sholly as head with many other Xavs and others from Catholic clubs on the VAFA Executive, there would be no chance of even getting them investigated.

It is all starting to sound like a conspiracy and I think the person behind it is either John Gupta? or the new Pope?

Tim Ockleshaw a tosser? Just a quiet, unassuming young man I was led to believe.

Donati went straight from school to the Unders, to the seniors, to a flag, to Richmond, all in a year. He is now on mega bucks out in the burbs so the payment theory doesn't quite stack up there. If they were paying Berry, they should hang their heads in shame!

If anything, Scotch and St Kevin's have more suspect comings and goings. And usually they're no bloody good.

Yes I admit I might be stretching it with Ockleshaw, and my suggestion of Donati was based more on the dollars that he is getting in the Eastern than anything I have heard about Xavs. I stand corrected on those two points.

Scribe2 - Ockleshaw's balding and old. Get your facts right. However, he's probably as far removed from a loud arrogant tosser as you could possibly get. Known him since we were in juniors together and he's a very genuine fella.

Mollard and perhaps Beetham aside, I've seen precious little on or off-field over the past 10 years to suggest they're anything less than normal blokes who play better footy more regularly than most of their opponents. Han Solo has some serious issues that require more assistance than his 'self-help' on this forum could possibly provide.

Frankly, who cares? I just think their continued period of dominance make it all the more sweeter when you do notch a win or two against them. Round 17 this year was sweet as for us, and the previous two seasons' wins likewise.

Han Solo, if you or the club you support not yet up to the mark, why don't you just work harder as a group so that you improve and can match these guys? It's a far more useful way of going about it than slagging off on a public forum behind some pseudonym.

PS - pretty much everyone here knows I'm Fraser Cameron from Old Trinity, just in case you wanted to accuse me of not showing my hand.
