There seemed to be quite a few coaches on your bench , hope they don't pay as much as Wesley.

The definition of an idiot is when one keeps making or saying the same thing, (that is incorrect) repeatedly.

Probably about 10 minutes after they read your post but in the meantime here is the Seniors at least:
I'm sure my post will get many likes from Captain, Vince and others.

45, I hear Sam Dunnell going around at Willy again, any hopeful recruiting news coming out of the OM’s? Nathan Brown sounded like a terrific bloke on the radio on Sunday, I imagine he’d have no trouble having blokes play for him.

Despite what you might think Doug I have absolutely no idea about OM’s and their club haha. But fair play, have a nephew who played in the reserve grand final for Xavs. Hence my question

Very true. I think the u19’s is a better reflection of where the infiltration will come.
A potential ressies flag will more be just a great result for the club. All flags are hard fought and rightly celebrated. 3 in the one year for the Claret and Stout would be fantastic. Fingers crossed for them. I have a little soft spot..

Will jackson merret and rohan bewick be part of this revival ?

In case you haven’t noticed the Old Xaverians era is finished, locked into a cellar never to return. There’s a generation of Old Xavs players who have never beaten their Toorak cousins, and they’re not likely to in the near or distant future.

Plus old mate Bill Doherty loves his Rugby Union, expect him to pour all of his resources into building a rugby programme to try and rival their Toorak cousins also. That doesn’t bode well for Prahran Assumptions co-tenants!
hello mr hogan,

the forum guru is far better placed than me to comment on the trak laddies but i will mention a few observable points from a proddy viewpoint without any bs.

the brahton laddies have shown the positive impact a very good coach can have on a teams fortunes. mr satterley is that so you can be sure the claret and stouts will hit the ground running in 2019.

if you look at the form shown by the claret and stouts post the departure of mr mcdonald they were generally very competitive. in the mix to make the four at one stage as i recall.

i am told the trak laddies have huge depth in their junior ranks with a lot of talent among it. top it off with some active recruiting and the makings are there.

mr hippstar will correct me if i am astray but i think that mr noonan, a key to their outfit, missed a fair chunk of the season as well.

they would be at attractive odds as we speak so a shekel or two on them could be a prudent investment. making the finals would be as sure a bet. in fact if maplebet was still viable i would box it up with the likelihood of you and mr mcmahon ever being seen in the same room. mr hippstar ever giving a second thought to socialising with mr bedford. and mr chaos ever posting anything remotely informative.

happy punting to you all.

p.s do not get agitated mr post, all is well.

You’re a big spender, a shekel or two? That’s less than a dollar. FYI I’m not a wrestling fan but happy to be linked with anyone, except Sausage Roll!

Funny stuff NI.

No, not those lads. Zach would be handy. Not much of a revival needed.
Unders are killing it and seniors often have a year or two off. Been a pattern for decades (other than the 7 or so in a row run)

Ok-I will take is as gospel from hipp-no jackson merret or rohan bewick to Xavier.

Has the VAFA published the full voting from the Woodrow and Coaches award this year? I haven't even seen a top 10, let alone a full round-by-round list as other comps do?
