Everyone struggles when stuff like this happens. It's never that cut and dry and it's never anyone's fault. If someone's determined there's not much that can stop them.

Sadly the statistics are that much higher when having a close family member successfully take their own life for it to happen again in the same family.

Just a massive kick in the guts, feel for the family.
