Yep they started the season with him at 35 in NTUA video then moved him to something like 27 and is now back at 35.
I assume the players and other are paying tribute today because he passed away on the 9th USA time. It was the 10th in Oz. I remember getting on here at about 9-30 that Monday morning and there was nothing then,just read a few thread and left, then when I logged back on at 2 and not having listened to the news it hit me like a ton of bricks. I spoke to him at the B&F on the Friday night and just was in shock.

Had the privilege of meeting John when I did work experience at the club. Actually, he was such a nice guy, he came and met me. I was watching a bunch of the players in the indoor facilities just mucking around in their free time. A bunch of the players were having a game of 'keepy-ups' with the soccer ball and John walked over to me and told me to join in. He shook my hand, asked my name and we just had an amazing chat while. Was just an awesome experience.
Was such a great guy. Went out of his way to make everyone around him feel good and is just an all round ripper of a bloke. They say only the good die young and J-Mac was one of the best.
RIP J-Mac. Gone way to soon.

Makes me so sad reading those posts from the day of his death in 2012, and thinking back to that day makes me really emotional

I remember the day I heard the news....shed more than a few tears...Such a tragic loss of a young life.....and judging by the reaction of his team mates and supporters a very special person....love & respect

Just shed a few tears reading this thread back.
R.I.P mate. Not gone, and not forgotten because I know you're still with us to this day.
I remember on Sunday during the game talking to a mate how proud jmac would have been of the boys today, and as I said it a huge gust of wind came along and blew my hat off. I then checked my phone and the time had just ticked over to 3:35. It blew my mind if that's not evidence I don't know what is.

I have only seen the first 3 minutes of Schulzy's presser yesterday but he obviously talked a bit about J-Mac. From today's Australian.
