Yeah it does. Though I'm just ripping through everyone first chance I get so I'm probably not playing it the way its intended.

Ok, now the shitness is starting to get to me.

The lack of a decent map has got me stuck in any area where Im completely overlevelled. Died, and keep getting respawned amongst 3 enemies who can get 4 to 5 good shots in before I can move. Managed to kill them, got one shotted by someone else, and back aongst the guards.

This game will probably fall beneath the waves now.

It is okay; the thing I found unbearable was the inability to move around the city freely. You get a general idea of where you need to be, but that's often useless with the windy streets, twisty routes, different levels. And so many locked gates. He was a vampire who could shadow blink up a level of stairs but was unable to get over a 6 foot fence or wooden door. So much of the game was spent trying to figure out where to go, running into dead ends and wondering why the gate is locked now when it wasnt when I came through this way earlier.

cheers for the info, will probably pass now. too many other good games to get through instead. was on the fence as the reviews didnt give that much away when it came to actual gameplay, they just spoke about the choices and npc's and whatever.
