Hardball gets dont win you matches. Carlton have proven that.

At least you can recognise a decent team though, thought that might be hard for a Carlton fan to work out what one looks like......:D :D

Than why call us soft tool bag?????

I can regognise a good team, West Coast they beat you to get into the grand final, good teams don't finish on top two years in a row than chock on their own cockiness.

My team is the worst team in the afl at the moment, I can admitt it, they don't have the worst list though. It took us over 100 years to win a wooden spoon, I promise you the crows will win one before than.

VB is a Hack, an ugly one at that, he is currently renegotiating his personal contract with clearasil, apparentley they want out cause they realise that he is a nobody.

Still reckon rachael mcleod would sleep with him though

Strange. The vast majority of your posts present AFC in a positive light. Since you joined your club has gone from unlisted to North Melbourne to Carlton to Adelaide and then back to Carlton.

Are you schizophrenic?

Hey guys, I like this thread, but it needs colour :thumbsu:

Re: ***The Van-Bible***

VB is god.

I don't even go for the Crows and yet i can't stop thinking about him. My biggest worry is a St. Kilda vs Crows final because i know VB will tear us to shreads. One only has to look at how many things he has accomplished in his short afl career so far:

In his one game against St. Kilda so far he amassed one kick and one handball (but what a kick it was!! - the handball was so-so), he then ran around without touching the ball for the rest of the game, worried his brilliance might lead to a 10,000 point drubbing.

Brownlows: 0
Premierships: 0
B+F's: 0
Certificate of Excellence: 1 (West Perth U13/B's Week Two -- kicked two goals in the 3.5 2.8 drubbing)
Certificate of Participation: 5 (one for every year he played for West Perth Junior Team including U11/B's, U12/B's, U13/B's, U14/C's and U15/B's

I would ask if he is leaving his run a little late, but then i remember that VB =GOD

What Pav forgot to mention is this Photo was actually taken DURING the Adelaide Vs. Freo Final. As you can see, Stiffy was so bored he decided to take a little break, as for the other guy - he's txting his girlfriend telling her he'll be home early for tea as beating Freo turned out to be easier than he originally thought.

Haha :D :D :thumbsu:

By the way, who ever posted the pic, I'm not sure if it was your intention or not, but thats Scott Welsh not Nathan van Berlo.

Re: ***The Van-Bible***

What ICDM forgot to mention is that he actually stopped half way through to order a pizza, which he consumed on the second half of the run. Still pissed it in.

Re: ***The Van-Bible***

What is it about Van Berlo that gets Crows (and some opposition) supporters so excited? Hes an honest battler thats all, both Douglas and Knights will be so much better than him its not funny.

You need to read through most of the thread to understand what happened.

It takes quite some time though.....

Lol, that's when Adelaide lost at home right, in the prelim, to West Coast after being up with a handy lead at half time, having a week off and having the breeze in the premiership quarter.

Isnt that also when Cousins tore some kid a new one? :D

Re: ***The Van-Bible***

Was just reading the "Phantom draft" from the afl.com website (well actually on the Carlton website i am just assuming its a generic story) and read this about Tim Houlihan.
Crows fans shouldn't feel so bad about missing out on Gibbs now. :thumbsu:

48 - ADELAIDE - TIM HOULIHAN
North Ballarat Rebels, 10 February 1989, 189.4cm, 73.5kg

Strongly linked to Adelaide and it's not hard to see why, given his athletic background and his Nathan van Berlo-like qualities. He fits the Crows' mould nicely and he is likely to be a three-round draftee. Fremantle has also showed interest, but expect the Crows to monitor him closely at this stage of proceedings. His terrific efforts at the Draft Camp - including his run in the three-km time-trial - only reinforced his athletic ability to AFL recruiters, which in turn has helped his progress in the draft pecking order.
