How awesome is text based communication where one doesn't have the advantage of noticing subtle body language that is often imperative for the right message to be delivered?
 
Was a vegeterian for a while, got blind drunk and ate a Double cheeseburger then kind of gave up, takes some incredible willpower for the first couple of months but if you have a good enough diet it becomes second nature

I think in terms of the average Joe's diet it's leaning waay towards meat. Sure Protein is fun, but a giant slab of meat for lunch/dinner really isnt great for you

As the title suggests whether it is possible....I think we need to wait a couple of generations before we see statistics. I know non meat eating has been going on for a long time, but for mass percentage I think being vegan is fairly new.

For an example in my small group of friends 3 are vegans 3 are vegetarians and 2 are meat eaters. Admittedly I am a non vegan/vegetarian but it seems to be more and more common.
