I don't think I've had a soft drink since I was about 15. We had a weird period in the house where we'd have a glass with dinner but it didn't last long. I've bought a few Powerades when I was hungover but even that, gotta be three years since my last. Maybe an Irn Bru if I'm really ****ing hung.

Solo/Lift used to be my go to soft drink. I haven't had one since 2000!!!
 
Energy drinks are gross. Mother, Red Bull etc all suck. Need a sugar/caffeine hit? Have a coke, equally bad for you but at least it tastes good

I'll put my hand up for this one, maybe once or twice a week. Starting work between 5-6am most the time means I'm normally pretty tired and I'm not going to lie they do live up to their name and give me a fair bit of energy. If I'm forced into buying a 500mL can I'll probably drink half and throw the rest away as there's only so much of the stuff I can handle.

It's cheap and if you don't feel like coffee its a fast way for an energy hit. I probably drink it a couple of times a month. The regular stuff is waaaaaay to sugary so I always go with the sugar free option which tastes like lemonade but has 3X the energy. it's pretty shit for your body so I try to drink it infrequently.

I am partial to the occasional one, i do have a mate that brought a slabs worth from the Servo once when they were a good price for 2 or 4.. I'm not that level yet
