That first quarter needs to be addressed.
We got away with the that Today but if we want to play finals we have to turn up.
Hopefully just some players rusty, but that needs to be sorted.
Injuries aside that was a home game we needed to win, start the season with some

I've changed my mind on Worner. His kicking and positioning plus hardness at the contest was excellent for such an inexperienced player. I hope he comes straight in and continues in that vein.

Yes, I have to agree. They cop a lot but overall the standard of umpiring is pretty good and they are a lot better at it than I am.

I think a lot of supporters got confused at the ground because they didn't replay what happened to Wagner, so booed McCarthy - I was too tearful to absorb what was happening

You mean Worner. I don’t think they were booing McCarthy himself but the fact them at he was given the ball. He marked it but most assumed with Worner knocked out and no replay it was a free to Freo. I have Kayo on the phone so I can rewind when I miss something.

This is why we need to add some class and knowledge to the coaching group. Nothings changed.
