As stated previously it's a well known tactic, but we're still able to structure up to take advantage of it occasionally.
The key is all the work to get them isolated and then pull the trigger at the right time.
Cox has actually had a really good win rate in that circumstance which is why we're willing to risk it.

I don't think I have ever seen two players wax as much as Cox and Ryan. It is almost inevitable that if one of them has the ball in the back 50 that the other one will get on the end of it.
It’s noticed. Adam Simpson spoke about it just after they did it in a game early this year. One of those things that you know is coming but can’t do much to stop. This is the first time in a long time that I can remember it hasn’t worked.

So here's my vent. How do the mods keep letting these shit posters reappear time and time again to put shit on our team and our supporters? We all know this is Silent Alarm who has been banned over and over again but he keeps popping up like a festering pus filled pimple.
He adds nothing to the conversation except criticism and when we win he goes to ground again.
Can't we have a rule that if you are banned you are banned for ALL aliases? Different if he came back on and tried to actually contribute, but he just shits on the club and all of us supporters who are not as clever and edgy as him.
I'm quite happy to cop a ban for this, so **** OFF Shipping Report.

It’s very obvious to an observing football fan that Amiss doesn’t go far enough back and then kicks with zero momentum and gets too close to the man on the mark. I’d rather he go back have a good run up and kick with decent space from the man on the mark. If the ball falls short so be it. Better than these horrible kicks that go out of bounds. Look back to his first and second years in WAFL and AFL he used to go around on the arc a little which is fine - do that again. Now he goes back off the short run up and runs directly at the man on the mark and either skies it offline or just shanks it trying to kick the leather off the ball.
