Get what you’re saying and Freddy definitely plays his role well but not consistently

It’s not just the “head over it “ knock on Freddy .

For me it’s also the “ Freddy , what the hell are you doing standing to the side of a contested pack when everyone knows it’s either going to come down front and centre or a crumb off the back ? “ .
I see this regularly with our bomb kicks out of defence.

Front and centre is the best option to either :
A . Crumb , dish , play on
B. Overlap if we mark it
C. Pressure if the opposition marks it to slow down the turnover

Being off to the side is next to useless and a low percentage option .

again unless that is his role. Wait for the ball to be brought to ground, front and centre are our mids who get a quick handball out to Freddie

Yes I think the breakdown dockets keep missing is role of front and centre and who is doing it and who is in the outside . Should rotate it yes . But often no one is there

Can someone please explain to me why Brisbane get a draft academy? Why is theirs, Suns, Swans and Giants academies so elite?
Why do Sydney and Brisbane get access to both that and father sons?
Why don't Vic clubs get an academy?

How is it fair a team gets access to both and some teams have neither?

How the F do we compete?

Our father sons are a while away with a short 30 year history
Our NGA academy is no comparison to the ones in the north easts
