Well that I didn't have a choice, It kinda just found it's way up there.

and yeah, I have been for awhile but mostly been working on my legs, Upper body finally starting to come along. I'll never look like Jeager but I can atleast not look like Henry Schade.

Yeah I got back in to it a couple months ago. Legs are the first thing to start getting noticeable growth. My legs have always been strong just not toned though. Make sure your on the shakes helps a lot.

If you want to get bigger you need to eat heaps of protein every day or have shakes. Your body needs it to grow. You would serve yourself well to do some reading on bulking otherwise you are just going to stall in your growth really quickly.

Shakes aren't unnatural (aside from sweeteners) aha. They are protein not steroids.

Was gonna put this in the draft thread put I will put it here.

Who is for or against the draft age being raised? I personally am for it having known a few draftees over the past 4 years and I just think when they are drafted they are not quite ready. I think 19 is perfect. Especially for key position players.
