It was a bad look after the game. Hoping it was just a release after he and Selwood were pushing, shoving and getting into each other's faces in the 3rd quarter for a 15 minute period. They looked fair dinkum with the niggle during the game at least. Still not great when you get ripped a new one and smile.
Go to the Suns site it's Gold. Henry Schade is now talking on behalf of the team not our Captain Henry Schade. Like seriously WTF is going on at that joint it's just a circus.

Jesse Hogan this week guys. Lucky we have a tailor made, solid, quick, punchy defender who is more than a match for their main hope, who is by the way coming off a 7 goal haul.

Oh thats right, Steven May is suspended AGAIN.
2nd choice Thompson...injured his ankle and from the sounds of the frolicking on the beach is taking his rehab seriously.
3rd choice Leslie...can't get a game.
4th choice Day...likely to play, but reduces our forward line potency against a small defence.
5th choice Schade...is your Jack Watts match up, not Hogan calibre.

Bloody hell. Have a bad feeling that

1. Gawn will dominate
2. Viney and Nat Jones will be to tough
3. We don't have anyone that can play on Hogan

How far away is this corner? We've been lead to believe that for 3 years now

Just want to say one thing on this whole Suns being garbage point. Does it look like the team is shit this year, set to lose Jaeger and Prestia in the offseason, and in rough shape moving forward? Absolutely. But lets put things in context. This team has existed since what, 2011? The Saints haven't won a flag in 50 years. Have some patience. We have a bunch of draft picks, some good academy players, and a little bit of salvageable young talent. Tom Lynch is only 23 years old, and is set to be a great captain for several years to come. It's not like we're destined to be wooden spoon contenders for the next 5+ years. Obviously GWS has handled their birth a hell of a lot better than we have, but we're still in the short term. The team will be competitive sooner or later. It isn't always going to be gumdrops and roses. That's the nature of sport.

Agree, bring in Leslie FFS, put Day forward with Lynch and 2MP and let them worry about covering us for a change

It seems like the club over think things sometimes to such a point that we end up bringing in players like Spook Russell, farking wake up

Limited edition 'we are" Guernsey.

I would suggest not a great time to to release this but it is fun to come up with "We Are" slogans

We are shockingly bad
We are a laughing stock
We are having a honesty session
We are all talk
We are not honouring the voucher (says Crust)
We are trading Harley at the end of the year (for peanuts)
We are right behind Bluey
We are opening ourselves up to further criticism

Your turn, We are?

Still not up. No Captain call to arms speech on the GCFC site yet.
Are they Still trying to convince him to call a spade a spade at not have glib fence sitting opinions about the appalling embarrassing performance on the weekend.
It's OK l suppose Gary don't worry about it we have Henry Schade to represent the GCFC in the aftermath of the Simmons Stadium Slaughter.

You're right, Melb are under scrutiny with 2 or 3 talls to cover and at least 1 crumber which Suns can deliver. That leaves the big question of who is going to step up in defence..?

I don't think we can put in enough effort to beat anything....bushes included.
No doubt there will be a 2hr honesty session on why the bush beat us, clear outcomes include " the bush just wanted it more" and "we started well but injuries and the bushes strong foot work was just too much for us"

"We will be looking to win back our credibility against a loofer and a piece of chewed gum next week, we will be up for this huge challenge" said a confident coach
