I live next suburb over from dingley.. probably a good halfa from dandy, where we are it's a desirable destination
That place is literally a stone's throw from my bro-in-law's house.
While it is not really near Frankston it seems to cross into the great divide where you go from working middle class into feral town (much like Frankston).
The closest coffee shop is a 7/11 - I hope JOM likes their coffee

The minimum base payment a rookie gets is $57,100 from 2016 (without taking into account the chance to be promoted to the senior list / match payments bumping that up). I am also dubious on $3,000 being considered the standard earnings in suburban football, perhaps for marquee players able to attract crowds and headlines like Brian Lake at Caroline Springs - but Xavier Richards would be very lucky to receive anything as high as $3,000 per match IMO.
It's 5 minutes to Springvale and 10 minutes to Dandenong and is basically a reclaimed rubbish tip and a rubbish tip has more excitement than Dingly. It's the epitome of boring suburbia.
