Think i saw an ad from them the other day. Most likely a week or two before the season starts. You might find the odd one starting for the pre-season like AFL Tonight.

It's worth noting that the undefeated Brisbane Lions women's team contains several Gold Coasters. Leah Kaslar, Jamie Stanton, Selina Goodman, and Nikki Wallace have been selected for both games this season and all four hail from Coolangatta. Jordan Membrey is also from Coolangatta but is yet to receive a call up to the AFLW.
Good to see some local Gold Coast girls getting the chance to play on the big stage as well. Don't quote me on this because I may be getting the exact numbers wrong, but I think the commentators said 20 of the 27 girls playing for the Brisbane women's team are Queenslanders. It's great for the game and may go a long way to helping a Gold Coast women's team establish itself in the near future.

Screw JOM. Possibly my least favourite player going around now. Every time I see him on the AFL website with that smug smirk of his I just want to vomit. I as fairly pissed off at the go home 5 from the Lions but JOM is just another level of shitness. He played the Suns having an easy ride getting paid big bucks the past 2 years since he was injured only to screw the club over and move to the Hawks chasing premierships. I hope the Hawks plummet and are cellar dwellers for the next decade.
