Anyone else get the feeling Clayton's going to pull a Clayton and take Stephenson at pick 2? Highly skilled, big accumulator this season in TAC cup, extremely athletic but very undersized

I'd be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for his first few seasons because apparently his CP is very good (over 50% i think i read) at junior level but still would be a typical clayton

Yeah, there's something too 'nice guy' about pretty much saying
"oh, you don't want to be my girlfriend? you want somebody else? that's okay........ do you want me to help you get his number? i'm cheering for you guys :)"

Did anyone watch The Agent on Fox Footy tonight it was filmed during last years trade period.

The Suns still need to make crucial key appointments apart from the Coach to move forward with momentum. I had a look recently at the make up of the board and no real local footy representation except Doc Mackenzie, two former female swimmers who only attended 3 of the 9 board meetings overepresent whatever the are supposed to represent.
The Suns need to tap into the local footy community wholeheartedly and not not just to make some money, make these changes and key changes in the football departments and a real alignment will occur for the Football Club.
 
Mark Evans is finally the right bloke to take GCS forward. Former appointments both on and off the field have failed big time and have ruined player's careers similar to the MFC in recent times.

people tend to see just results - especially expansion team results - as the only relevant factor of club success.

No one factors in crowd attendance, financial viability or the market the team is in.

GWS and ourselves are doing perfectly fine for 6 - 7 years in the competition in the northern states. Teams like North Melbourne, St Kilda and WB with lack of success and support base based in victoria imo are the ones who really should be criticized.

just mentioned on Fox Footy that the crowd of 14865 tonight is the lowest crowd since World War 1, for VFL/AFL finals......

That attendance is approximately our average home attendance in what was a total bustard of a year for us.

People need to get off our back in terms of the fan base.
It's our Players and Footy Dept that need to pull their fingers out.

We are holding up our end of the bargain.
