Very rarely am I proud of this club. But on Wednesday I was incredibly proud of the club and the stance that it took.
They did the right thing, and it was one of those rare moments I was happy to be a Suns supporter.
Assuming our statement for equality. A very direct, committed stance.Wallross what are you referring to there?

I was referring to this specifically.
Yep good on them. Fact is its an issue that only affects a certain part of the community and should have never been made illegal in the first place, and i have yet to hear of one clear reason for voting no not based on religious/homophobe bias or fake information (like all this kid crap which has nothing to do with marriage). If the government had an balls they would just simply pass it and move on to bigger things. Instead they waste $150 million on a vote that isnt even binding and on something that will eventually get passed no matter what they do.I was referring to this specifically.
And Cotchin gets off, what a surprise. Imagine if it was Toby Greene and the Giants had won, the Vics would be tearing down the walls at AFL house at the injustice.
#corrupt
Yep was definitely the correct call. You can't suspend a player for going for the ballI disagree and I believe the Cotchin call to be correct. He was protecting the ball and went in and beat him.

As will Saad and his breatheren.Well we know Gaz and his breatheren will be voting no
As will Saad and his breatheren.
Lets try to keep thinnly veiled religious insults consistent.
Or how about we don't go down that path at all.
He twisted and put his body between the opposition and the ball. Of course your going to tuck and tense up because your going to land on your side. Plus Cotchin had his left hand on the ballHe wasn't going for the ball. You don't go for the ball by tucking your arm in. And that's fine to do that but if you collect the dude in the head then it's holiday time.

Maybe over a beer at Metricon next yearWe could do this all night but I'd rather not as I don't care too much about this years GF.

I see your point, I was trying to point out the hypocrisy of mob mentality all together not just religion. No offence intendedAs will Saad and his breatheren.

Matera is the only one I would like to keep. The rest are not the type we need around. There is an old saying that springs to mind.
"Would the last man out turn the lights off and shut the door"
Ablett, Matera, McKenzie and Hall are rumoured to be departing.
A club of destination? Not at the moment!
Mark Evans has a substantial amount of work ahead of him if he is to make GCS relevant and competitive in the AFL
