What alerted me to it was it was alluded to in the Daily Telegraph on Sunday in their “saints and sinners” gossip column
I just read a rumour that Kurt Tippett is likely to retire next week and I can only assume it's likely he'll move back home to the Gold Coast. I wonder if we'll have a look at him for some kind of coaching role? I know some on here would probably against recruiting him but I think it's a no lose situation really because if he's no good we can just let him go after a year. At the end of the day, he's a local and has plenty of AFL experience in two pretty successful environments with the Crows and Swans. I suppose it's possible Dew has already spoken to him and promised him a job...
He had a chance to come back home years ago and he deviously used us to go to Sydney to play for the Ugly Ducks. I have no time for him.
Never struck me as a high IQ player that would transition into coaching - maybe he could be like another unfulfilled GC product in Tomic and he can sit back and count his millions in retirement

You've got a great eye. Earlier today watching the Cricket i saw Darcy Macpherson and Ben Ainsworth in the Aussie change rooms seemed likely they were doing something similar to 2mp did last year
I'd be looking to get as much news screen time as I could as well if I had a rig like Touk.
