EDIT: Some serious WTF going on. Noone has cracked the ton yet, so far I have 65, 66, 70, 70, 77, 86, 88, 98 (with another 15, 47 and 56 at half time).

I was smirking because my opponent in the eliminator had SJ as captain and ablett vice but no emergency cover with only 10 points separating us and thinking I have beams as captain to come but now this and I also have no bench cover

I have had the unluckiest start to the fantasy season possible. I started off well, getting above 2100 points for every week for the first five rounds, but I noticed that my league didn't start until round 6, so all of my hard work was lost. Since the league actually started, I haven't got a single decent score! I've had such bad luck with captains as well, just two examples:
Beams last week: I expected him to continue on with his consistent 110+ pointers! but he failed and got a measly 74.
Rockliff this week: I thought he would keep going with his high scoring, and got extra confidence from the "Calvins Captains" article on the AFL website, but he stunk it up with 75.
I honestly think that the "Traders" who write the "Calvins captains" try to put other fantasy players off, as they continually blurt out crap and advise for the worst decisions. Also, why would they want to help other players, when they are trying to win the competition themselves?!?!?
