Nth fans are a bunch of miserable pricks, was disappointed we got rolled and they got the opportunity to carry home the four points along with that giant chip they've got on their shoulder.

Was in Afl members which was full of the pricks....biggest douche bag supporter in history was right behind me.....was screaming at the umpire when north had a free.

I thought Talia gave Hansen an absolute bath, just one junktime goal and a couple of marks for Hansen. Looked impressive with ball in hand too. Pearce continues to improve. Solid debut from JJ.

Skinner tried really hard but doesn't quite look up to it.

Was a solid performance for 3ish quarters, but hating these fadeouts

Clay smith Reminds me a lot of kieran jack. A LOT! Kicking action and all. If he can develop like jack we have a ripper on our hands.

And yes, roughie is mobile enough to play CHB permanently. Such a natural down there. He and Williams need to continue in their new roles (Williams CHF and roughie CHB).

Jj looks a real talent. Speed and penetrating kick. Who'd have thought theyre important afl skills???

Howard will be a very good player as well. He still needs another pre-season or 2 to develop more of a tank, but he's our next murphy off half-back.

i was reasonably impressed with most blokes today. we did the usual second half fade out with the younger guys. I was impressed with roughead, smith, wallis, talia , even howard and pearce

what i was pissed off with yet again is bloody griffins kicking for goal at a crucial stage of the game. it is absolutely shit house this year for a bloke of his talent - And in actual fact, the kicking for goal was awful from most blokes today to be honest

agreed mate, but the signs were good today. for once i noticed that many youngsters took a big step forward. Namely Roughead, Grant, Howard, Pearce, Wallis etc

in the first half, we smashed em in the inside 50's. If we had a decent forward line, we would have been 40 up at half time. we just dont have the cattle up forward and as a result, the ball gets rebounded out of our forward 50 way too much and too quickly for my liking, but it will turn around fast once we get it all together up there.

I just have this funny feeling that Macca is playing the kids he is thinking of delisting, as a final opportunity to impress maybe or to show the fans why they are going - who know. I might be miles off the mark. I will be seriously pissed off, if the club keeps DJ on and after today, Zephi as well. We need to be strong and build the team we want, not make do with a couple of nearly runs.

I didn't see the game so I am going on past performances but it seems Skinner played to the level he has in the past. What concerns me now is that we have a MC that obviously believes he is of satisfactory standard so my faith in them is falling. Panos must be given a go soon. I cannot see how persisting with a non-functioning forward line is teaching any of the players anything.

Also going by others reports it seems my calls for Howard and DFA to be "rested" may have been premature. I am glad they are improving.

There are players being picked on performance though like JJ, Talia, and Campbell who all have form. Then there is Skinner. Clearly not on form. Maybe he trains well? DJ though was good early in the season until injured. He also has form from seconds but for some reason coaches fall for Skinner.

From an outsiders point of view, you guys obviously came to play, and that you did. I had no idea why we were in front at half time, our midfield was about as static as you could be. If we want to play finals we're going to have to be a heck of a lot more switched on than that.
