Yep, from a DT-perspective I absolutely hate watching Gary "Handball Receive" Ablett.

Wish I had him, although Swanny has served me very well. Wish I had both.

Heard about the Roo's having several players with gastro so left Ziebell on the field and changed my emergency from Ben Warren to Ballantyne with the reasoning that if Ziebell ended up being one of the one's with gastro that I wouldn't have to worry about whether or not Warren had it also.

But then Ballantyne didn't end up playing so I've missed out on the 43 from Warren (which will probably be the last score I get from him for a while now).

On the brightside it doesn't look like it will cost me any league games or my eliminator match. But 43 points is a lot when you're trying to break into the top 1000.

SJ as (C) as worried about Gaz's ankle and last to games Cats and WC 135 and 99pt margins, surely SJ was inline for 150.
Started fine with Higgins 106, Boyd 97 (2/203), next 2, Goddard 46, Hale 31 (yeah I know what was I thinking 4/280 WTF).
Zieb 0, Drummond 0, Wright 24. Muston on field for the first time 42 (after two weeks on bench with av 116) others not much better ARRRGGGHH!!!!
Come on Sidebottom and Davis FFS.

Only had two players over 100, plus chad cornes and nathan brown on the bench. Going to be lucky to get 1600 and am getting smashed in the eliminator. **** this.

How can you rage at a player that scores you 68 when u got them for $75000? if you expect much more then that then you are dreaming.

He'll be one of my first picked next season. So annoying seeing him rescue crap teams from shit weeks every week.

I saw the stats a third of the way through the last quarter and he was on something like 105. Came back 15 minutes later and he'd piled on 50 points.

Also, a 4823732nd vent at Malceski.

I can't see how he's going to get anywhere near his 2007 form again. He just looks completely lost out on the field. Doesn't get involved and hasn't provided any run at all. The most annoying thing is that he's managed to drop so much that any sort of upgrade will require a double trade, which I can't afford.

He's been put in the Dempsey, Raines, Reilly, Butler, Hille, Nathan Brown and Hentschel group of woeful picks this year.

When pretty much every single one of your mid priced improvers either doesn't improve, or either gets dropped or injured you know your chances are over pretty early.

And so much for trading Higgins to Goodwin.
