Dammit Didak, why did you have to score so high? Now I won't be able to trade you in

His BE was 141, he got 127:thumbsu:

I was devastated picking delidio in front of didak! was gunna go him or gia but ended up going delidio for some F***ed up reason!!!

Embely, geary, houlihan, grimes, drummond special thanks to my f**ed backline!!!

Deledio, Goddard, Warren, Drummond, Houlihan, Muston, Johnson (among others)

Cornes and Brown for requiring me to play rookies

My lowest score since playing DT and a sure plummet out of the top few hundred...

Same boat, the extra cash would have been ultra handy also

I wont pick Deledio again in future DT comps. He is so frustrating and inconsistant.Very overated too

I'd pick Deledio again, most likely in my starting team next year (if he remains a forward). His durability is one of his strong points and currently sitting 5th overall in forwards theres not really too much you can complain about. Plus he should get better by the year as he is still young.

And hes playing like shit too.

Id almost back him to be ranked no.1 in the forwards by seasons end.

If Deledio keeps getting the #1 tag, I'm not getting him next year but he should be at a damn good price if he continues to stink with tags this year.

Hmm ok whatever, you do that.

Have a look at his scores last year. Hardly inconsistent.

As for the overrated comment I tend to agree with you.

Last years scores have nothing to do with this year so its pointless looking back although i reckon he was a little inconsistant too last year.
His scoring from his best to his worst is miles apart which is a lot like Fevs and usually i try and stay away from those sorts of players but Lids has seemed to have gone backwards a bit this year so i wont touch him again next year until he proves he can put together some consistancy

He is the 5th best forward overall and averaging 90. Hardly 'stinking' (unless you picked him as a mid).
Very true but thats because most of the forwards have been ordinary this year and also last year.I think i will load up on premium mids and backs next year and have only 1 or 2 premium forwards to start off with and gradually trade the forwards in through the year as they come down in price

Players can learn to overcome tags.

I actually didnt pick deledio from the start for this exact reason (tags), but have brough him in as i think he will average 90-95 as a minimum which is very good.

I think he is the sort of player, that given some better tuition (ie coaching) may become one of the greats of our game in the next 10 years. He is a gun, and he will always remain the DT radar for me.

Ok, now time for vent (lets get back on track).

I hate this weather - cold, windy, even a bit rainy.

As long as Lids is classified as forward, he will be in my team. He will eventually learn to deal with the tag, and is capable of huge scores.

Happened with Chris Johnson last year, and it had a huge effect on his scoring.

Better not be an indication of things to come.

Doubt this will happen to Grimes. He is a creative player and a high draft pick. They'll want more out of him than just shutting down an opponent. Thats what Picks 50+ are for.

**** Rawlings. **** DT.:mad::thumbsdown:

I planned to do Rich-->Kane this week and my team would be finished with 4 trades left (which still wouldn't be enough). Instead I'm gonna have 2 left (but I will have a better team).

BTW, never trade in DT when you're pissed off. Leaving myself with 2 trades left will no doubt end my season.

Totally agree or when you are bored. Next year i am limiting time on my dt. Works a lot better

F**king law of averages, as if you don't apply to soft tissue injures? I thought it was a statistical sure thing that Drummond would be made of steel this year.

Lock for next year.
