I was out of the eliminator a few rounds ago when Ablett was rested. Dustin Martin was rested and Boyd was still out injured so had to take the 0.
Last week was a killer for me though. Was in a top of the table clash against the top team, both of us undefeated. Had him easily until the Eagles stopped and let Goddard rack it up. Lost by 4 frickin points!!! Gutted.
As for captain, it's been Ablett all the way this year. My philosophy is to not change captains unless I have to. If he has a bad game, I'll just suck it up rather than chance it.

Only out for the league now, would win comfortably if not for Barlow not fking playing...I have no bench cover because I traded out Martin and Trengove this week + I'm waiting for Shuey!!

the last 2 weeks, with my team nearly set, almost all premiums, has given me my 2 lowest scores of the year. I was better off at the start with a team full of rookies and mid pricers.

1. Narrowed trade in to Boyd (premium), Gibbs (value) or Goodes (DP) - chose Goodes over Gibbs in the end.
2. Do I trade JKT to McNeil (which would have allowed me to move Ziebell to mids and have Martin as emerg) or trade Warnock to Skipper to fund my mid upgrade (already had some $ in kitty) - chose Warnock to Skipper
3. Who to make captain ... eliminate Swan (due to injury concern), choose Montagna but late on Friday change to Bartel
