My vent is typically toward the Adelaide Crows selection committee.

All last week I tossed up over which midfielder to bring into my side - Deledio or Fyfe or Redden or Cotchin or Boyd... eventually settling on Deledio due to his impressive average when Richmond win and their upcoming draw. Unfortunately, come Thursday Night, the AFC selection panel decided "OH, We just got flogged by 80 points against the reigning premiers and finals are now out of reach... let us drop two of our most promising and exciting youngsters in Sam Kerridge and Brad Crouch."

Now filled with rage at the fact I kept Crouch for a few months on the pine only for him to play one game for me WHICH did not even count towards my score in Round 11, I decided to trade him out instead. I had insufficient funds for a gun mid so I looked at a defender, two obvious players within my price range - Brandon Ellis and Grant Birchall. Last week was a different story re: the hype over Ellis. The Richmond board predicted he would be sub against the Crows, and I thought I best invest my faith into the tried and proven superstar Grant Birchall. 69 and 32.

It cost me 40 points last week in a week where I lost my eliminator by 3.

It will probably cost me 100 this week, plus $80k lost, plus another trade.
