A few weeks ago I traded Aaron Hall to Gumbleton to avoid a zero. Gumby's 69 points made no difference to any of my matches.

This week I decided not to trade Swan to Watson and to rely on the in-form Gibson instead because I didn't want to use up a trade. The 18 points I would've gotten by trading Gibson to Watson cost me an elimination final.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. There's no logic to this game.

sam gibson you worthless piece of scum!!! out of all weeks to get 60 in the last did it have to be this one. i lose by 10 points when i thought i was home when the only difference is this **** eating shitmuncher. and yes i know i should only be angry at my own players but f**k that every year this same league someone ****s me with an unbelievable huge score, every fking year and it's always by a painfully small margin. i wish the kid best of luck for the future but for the moment i hope he gets r*ped by a horse

i don't give a **** whether it was his biggest or not the fact of the matter is he doubles his entire score in the last quarter costing me the ****ing league by under 10 points again. how someone can have the highest ranked points and finish 5th is absolute flaming bullshit

This will be my last season playing DT - I said that last season but I mean it this time. I enjoyed it much more when teams were more unique and 1900 was a good score.

Now, a 2300 score still doesn't guarantee a rankings increase. One underperformer ruins your week - no fun.

completly agree with you there, 150 used to be a miraculous score you'll see once maybe twice a year, now you see it at least twice or three times a month. maybe they should mix it up by doing a different salary cap or something and with the mood im in now i'm extremely tempted to call it quits but as usual the constant cockyness of my brother will tempt me to go for one last run, every year he gets me in the prelim somehow. This time I couldn't even get there, guttered.

My work league had an absolute spud finish 4th. Her points against were like 3k better than anyone in the final 8. Just got enough people on bad weeks.

in one of my leagues someone finished second (i jumped him on the last week) he was 7th for ranked points than another one of my mates finished 7th with 3rd in ranked points and lost today by bout 20 odd points, he would be gutted as he takes dt pretty seriously

DT Salary cap won't affect someone like Swanny getting his 150's. Evolution of game plan does.

yes, but if you reduce the salary cap then less people will be able to afford as many premiums and be forced to try out more rookies and mid pricers

it'll go back to ~ 2000 as a good score next year (hopefully)

No GWS and GCS rookies to farm.

This year everyone had Greene, McDonald, Treloar, Bugg, Kennedy, Darley et al
Next year people will miss the mark with at least 2 of their rookies.
