Carlton are the biggest anti DT team in the competition. I swear Malthouse hates DT.

- He plays Murphy forward for large parts of the game.
- He has helped make Scotland a DT crab. His gameplan isn't friendly for players open in the corridor which is where I often see him standing by himself.
- He tags any DT relevant player. Cachia to Watson, Armfield to Hibberd, Curnow to Stanton, Gibbs to Goddard. Only player running free is Heppell.
- He likes to play Warnock (yes I know he isn't playing tonight) despite the fact that they are better with Kruezer as their number 1 ruck. Just the fact that he loves Warnock scares a lot of people away.

I'm onto you Malthouse.

STANTON.

Went to the gym, was all excited to come home and check my DT afterwards. Noticed Stanton sitting on a strong 30-something at three quarter time.. There may or may not have been a few words said to the computer screen.

Tonight proved that he'll never be DT elite.
Yep, this is true as he cannot crack a good tag easily. Curnow did one hell of a job though. Second time this has happened this year, second time he has had a bad score. Think it was 78 last time.

In saying this however, he will still be a top five mid.

Ablett, Swan, Pendlebury, Watson, Cornes, Scooter, J Selwood, Jack and Swallow have all scored more than him this year. Stanton has the potential to pump out massive scores but he is incredibly erratic as it seems strong opponent attention shuts him out more than those other nine mids.

The same J Selwood who's averaging 20 points less than Stanton?

Well I'm confused.

DT relevant players I have (apart from Goddard, who everybody has so it barely counts):
Watson - 77
Scotland - 77
Stanton - 52 (thanks for nearly scoring 150 twice in a row to ramp up your price when I was gonna trade you in and then scoring 50 as soon as I did trade you in, you prick)

DT relevant players I don't have, and who (apart from Kreuzer) I had potential plans to trade in over the coming weeks:
Gibbs - 123
Heppell - 122
Kreuzer - 101
Murphy - 100

Barring injuries, that game could not have gone worse.

Pre-emptive vent at myself for trying to go out on a limb and leaving the big C on SJ.. wake up mate, game's started! Dont care that you're getting tagged by Sam Reid, go get dangerous up forward or something!

Would otherwise be amused at GWS dominating Cats atm..
