Why do so many people assume just cause someone is asking for help getting tickets that they have just jumped on the Geelong band wagon?

There are plenty of reasons why im not a member and im sure thats the same as a lot of people.. MEH

Dont take it to heart mate . They mean well.

But next year even if you carnt get to games it would pay to buy a membership just for the finals tickets , we will be there for many years to come mate

It's not so much that people think you're on the bandwagon - it's more that they think you're cheap. For what you'll end up paying for a preliminary final ticket in September you could have bought a country or concession ticket in February. I don't know about Geelong but Collingwood even had an installment system where you could pay over time.

It's a bit like being stuck in heavy traffic - those people who catch up to you by sneaking up the emergency lanes, sure they piss you off but you'll let one in because you're a nice guy but you'll be darned if you'll let another guy in.

Nobody likes queue jumpers - even Howard won an election on that platform. Sorry - but that's life!

Who knows with the Internet (who knows with Ticketmaster period). A few people on here encountered major problems with the internet on Monday. Maybe it's calmed down a bit, but I would get them in person, If you can.
